Breakfast could be a better, confusing name of the hotel because from the front is a one name and from behind another name

Good price for a good room, parking in the street, free of charge.

Someone was smoking in the next room window and it smell like cigarets in our room even thought we had the window closed.Breakfast was poor.

The hotel is okay.

The beds and pillows were probably very old, the linens were in good shape and clean but the rest of the bed made me itchy and uncomfortable, I have no allergies and I can basically sleep anywhere.

Definitely a hotel for one night only. Room was small, but the bathroom was nice. Telephone wasn’t connected. Breakfast was bleak, with little variation. Restaurant was only open in the morning. Nothing available in the evening. Staff were shabbily dressed, jeans and t shirt, not very professional. Location was ok, a good walk into Macedonia square. I certainly won’t return. Not helped by being written off by a taxi driver, who are quite confrontational. I guess you get what you pay for and I was caught.

Hotel was in a good location. Room was very nice with Kettle. Bathroom very nice. Hotel Foyer very nice.

No Bar in Hotel. Breakfast awful. No Cereal, No Cups, No Orange Juice. No Tea, No Cold Milk. Rest of breakfast very unappealing. Staff were not that welcoming on arrival. Also when we handed our room key in at reception the young lady on duty, did not even ask us if we had enjoyed our stay. Just took the key off me. The staff definyneed proper training.

Lights are really bad and the switch is broken so not easy to operate. I asked to postpone my arrival for one day but the hotel refused although it looked like there were plenty of available rooms...

A/C in the room was patchy and could barely cool the room down. The light switch of the bathroom was broken and the shower was broken. There was no soap for washing one hair shampoo

The location is perfect for hotel, you are right in the city center. You can park the car in front of hotel. Nice breakfast, however the coffee is not the best.

In the lobby you can smoke, at least it smell like that, so they try to avoid the smell with some oils and at the end it is terrible smell. The bathroom is clean but water deposits are every where and it makes dirty feeling. It seems the air conditioner did not work at our room, so it was very hot.

The hotel is clean and newly designated. The people in restaurant are very kind and helpful

On 9.02 we arrived late, around 10 p.m. at the hotel, the next morning we were awakened by a loud noise of chiseling and cutting, construction dust everywhere. Nowhere in booking was it noted that the hotel is undergoing repairs, and we paid the full price for a place where it is not possible to stay during the day while the workers work. In this case, I was misled and paid the full price.

Fresh hotel with nice interior. Location near the old town and bus stops. The staff were quick to fix issues: dead battery in the remote and one blown light bulb.

Very dark interior and the lighting is not sufficient.

The area of the hotel is next to the old market, which is the nice place to visit in Skopje, but the area is really dirty and noisy all day and night long.

The breakfast was awful unless you are fan of ham and salami and meat! There was almost nothing else to eat. Everything was chopped and cold. The coffee was from machine ( not really nice coffee) and you were not allowed to take a cup of coffee to your room. The area of breakfast was always dirty. The parking is just the pavement outside the hotel.

Nice and clean rooms, free parking in front of the hotel. New equipment in the rooms, looks like on the photos.

The facilities were in good conditions and functional. The staff was responsive and polite.

The location was not the best if you come to visit the center of the city. Also the breakfast was not where it could have been.

I liked the location of the hotel which was near the historical part of the city and near the new part of the city too. The hotel was relatively new and the rooms were nice. Breakfast was good.

I did not like the fact that they have different prices for double and twin rooms even though the rooms are the same. The towels we had in the room smelled of tobacco.
