Wonderful location. Located right by the water behind the restaurant. Good food. Boat ride to caves, kayaking fun. Clean and comfortable.

I liked everything about staying in this little gem of a hotel. It's 5m from the shore of the lake, with an amazing view. The restaurant is very atmospheric and the food is very nice. The room was even better than I thought. I did not get the room with a view, but will next time for sure!I forgot some things in my room, and they brought it to me all the way to Skopje without a charge. What service! I'm coming back! :)

It’s right in the canyon. Just walk outside and there’s boats, kayaks, hikes. You can get away from the crowds in an outdoor seating area. The room was adorable. It was clean and rustic. The staff at the restaurant truly seem happy in their job. They work hard and are super friendly. The food was good and not overpriced by US standards at all.’

Good views...but everything in the canyon is beautiful

Really a tough place to call home. Very difficult to park. No air conditioning. Restaurant food was enormously overpriced and largely inedible... especially the free breakfast. And to top things off the security guard decided to grope my wife. To make matters worse when I reported it to the hotel, they never responded. Find a better place. Won't be hard. Wait. Why did I give it 3 stars? Staff was pleasant and helped haul luggage 8 minutes from the parking lot.

Pablic parking is locared at list 10 minutes far away from hotel if you are lucky to find a parking lot, but it could be also 20 minutes. With children it could be tricky. Madrace was bad and rooms without view on canon is actualy without view. You can not even open the window because the rock is imediately in front of the window.

I would not stay there. I’d rather stay in a different hotel and take a taxi.

Parking was an absolute nightmare you had such a long walk to the hotel where you couldn’t even bring luggage with you

Super location. Good views from rooms. ​It's good restaurant, it was ​a pleasant surprise for us. We didn't suppose it.

There's only one serious problem- it's​the problem of parking. If ​the hotel could offer a special parking place for guests it would be very convenient, useful and attractive for all guests with a car.

Comfortable room great location.

We didn’t realize how far it was from the parking lot to the hotel. Would have taken a small bag.

Lovely staff and view, very good food at the restaurant and the rooms were clean and spacious.

The parking is rather far away from the location, so consider packing lightly to avoid carrying your trolleys through the paved alley through the canyon.

if you have mobiility issues be aware that it is a 5 minute walk from parking and all rooms are up a flight of stairs, in peak times it could be difficult to find parking - very small lot that is not exclusive to the hotel

Nice hotel in very good location. The room was overlooking the lake. Bed was comfortable and the room was warm. Staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. I recommend and planning to come back in summer.

Breakfast only started at 09:00. It would be nice to be able to have it earlier. The restaurant at this time of the year was very cold, despite two ovens (one on each end of the room).
