Not clean, dark, small

The location was excellent, and it met my expectations.The room was small and adequate, since I was alone.However, if I were to return to Skopje, I probably would not stay at this hotel again.The people at the front desk were pleasant, but not enough to make me return to this hotel.

The Breakfast was poor, and it did not meet my expectations.It had a strict menu, and the choices were limited. The breakfast area had a non-smoking area, which did not make much sense since smoking was allowed everywhere else, and the smoke could choke you, even in a non-smoking area.Not being used to eating in a place where the "Non-smoking" rule was observed, it was an eye-opener to me.I dreaded going into the restaurant and avoided it as much as I could.It was unfortunate that I could not escape the smoking situation.In all restaurants in Skopje, smoking was a natural thing.Granted, they did have a non-smoking area, which I requested at all times.However, it reminded me of the days we used to fly, and smoking was allowed on board, but even sitting in a non-smoking area, one could still smell the smoke from the back of the airplane.I doubt I will ever return to Skopje, but the thought of not being able to breathe properly inside a restaurant is enough reason for me not to return to such an interesting place.

The room was very spacious. The receptionists were very helpful in securing taxis for us. And for other requests as well.

The restaurant was very smoky. I was under the impression that smoking was not allowed indoors, This deterred us from having any meals there, with the exception of the breakfast that was included, it was disconcerting that every table had smokers …..and even a gentleman smoking a cigar. Again not a pleasant environment to have a meal in.

Family environment. Convenient. Clean and simple. In the center.

Excellent location in very center of Skopje. can walk to everything. eat breakfast in adjoining restaurant and order off a limited menu. excellent food. if you have a tour starting at 0830, breakfast starts at 0730 and the staff is just dwindling into the restaurant. get down there at 0730 to be sure you make it. unfortunately Macedonia is backwards about smoking in restaurants. it's everywhere! you don't even get a break when you try to eat. smoke is everywhere! the hotel needs a banister on the stairwell would be my only "con".

Location is superb (pedestrian zone of Skopje). Breakfast was also great in the restaurant downstairs. Very good value for money.

Toilet flush button wasn't working well. But everything else was decent.

The hotel is literally in Macedonia Square, which is the most picturesque part of Skopje, and near the Stone Bridge and other sites. Also, the included breakfast is amazing.

I was unprepared for the fact that there is no elevator, so you have to carry your bags up two flights of stairs

Only hotel that we could find with 3 beds, good location for exploring the city.

Needed an explanation on how to work the air conditioner. Be prepared for carrying luggage up stairs.

The hotel was very nice. We had a view on the main squere. Everything was great, only the bathroom door was hard to close. The staff was helpfull and friendly, the breakfast in the bar was superb. Many thanks! We will come back!

Central location

The restaurant and bar isn’t part of the hotel it’s a separate business next door . Breakfast isn’t buffet style . Very small menu to pick from food was cold and drinks to small. As for the bar service it was very very slow .

Location, location, location. But not only that, exquisite suite with a terrace and magnificent view. Beds super comfy, excellent breakfast in the restaurant (very pleasurable position for people watching). Of course the stuff is beyond just hospitality. Especially the ladies at the reception desk, we felt very welcomed. London will always be my option for my future visits to Skopje.

Just shower head in the bathroom. It needs to be cleaned from water scale, not a big deal...

The location was so wonderful and close to everywhere, the hotel was clean, modern, and good value for money compared to other hotels in the same location, I stayed in this area many times but the other hotels were old. The staff were all darlings and friendly, everything seemed easy going and relaxed and a youthful atmosphere. Breakfast was nice with a few options to pick from the menu, at the resturant connected to the hotel, u also have discounts if u want to have lunch or dinner and the food is great. Would stay again. The staff helped me with the luggage up the stairs and also allowed me to keep the luggage with them for a bit after i had checked out. Thank you!

Nothing specific, all was wonderful, maybe just a bottle of water in the room, I was too tired when I arrived thankfully I had my own water, and if extra bread was served with the Macedonian breakfast, it comes with cheese pastry already but extra bread would be nice for the ajvar dip and white cheese.

I think the hotel is really amazing. The staff is really friendly and the location could not be any better.

I was not aware of the fact that smoking is still allowed... pretty much everywhere... Even in the breakfast room people could smoke, which bothered me a little.

Staff was great (as usual). Nice and clean, delicious breakfast options. Best location.

Larger rooms (maybe 101, im not sure) has a bit outdoor AC unit noise but not too much.
