20 minutes walk from the centre, clean room, pleasant stuff.

No glasses in the room is my only objection

The Staff was very friendly. Even tried to help me with my car trouble. The Location is very good, quiet neighborhood. The Apartment was clean which is important to us.

The Bed in the living room was good enough for one night, but more than that would be a problem.

The property was a little old fashion but was very clean, with good size rooms. We effectively took over all the hotel with 8 rooms! it was perfect for our needs for overnight accommodation.

we stayed only ne night, but it was comfortable, and very spacious. Easy to find. possibly a bit out of the centre of skopje, but as were it the car rental it was comfortable.

Clean and very comfortable room that provided a good night's rest. The location is convenient and easily accessible. It is close to the city center - 5min drive. The owners of the hotel are also very kind and welcoming. The breakfast is also amazing.

This is not a 3 star hotel! The rooms look nothing like they do in the pictures, I ordered a room and payed for a room with a balcony, and even tho the hotel was nearly empty I did not get this, when I went to see the staff about this they were gone. The reception was never staffed. The placement of the hotel is far away from interesting areas and it would have been helpful to have someone to contact for doing simple things like ordering a cab. The bedsheets them selves where clean, but the floors and corners were dirty. The worst thing about the hole stay was the breakfast. We payed 8€ per person to get a hotel breakfast, the breakfast was the cheapest meal I have ever seen and nothing like I would imagine. All we got was 4 pieces of bread, some juice, some add ons and a cold egg. I could have gone out and found a better breakfast for half the price..

- the kitchen was without equipment - no cutlary, glasses, dishes, pots, owen, electric kettl- small holes in the walls, cables, some electricity plugs did not work- beds were not particullarly comfortable- the photos are better than the reality

comfy bed, big room, was provided with the kettle, accept cards, a supermarket in the vicinity

this is not a hotel, rather a guest house, too far from the center, although the location surroundings look calm, it was a bit noisy actually from the street

Good location, clean room adequately supplied in quiet neighborhood with parking.

We have been here before and were quite satisfied. This time there was a problem with the hot water heaters and so there were only cold showers. However, the landlord was apologetic and getting someone to work on it, so it should be fine in the future.

There was no water in the bathroom from time to time.

The owners were perfect. We experienced a very warm wellcoming. They provided a city map and gave sufficient info about the city center and cultural heritages to visit. The hotel was like a strawberry on a cake during our journey.

If the room had a refregerator that might be better.

Very good located, large rooms and comfortable beds. It was really great value for money. I will definitely use this place when I would visit Skopje in the future.
