Rooms are spacious, clean and offer good views.

In some areas age is visible. A/C is loud. Breakfast is a bit dissapointing, lots of choices but eggs for example were already colder at 8am while breakfast starts at 7 30. Would be nice if breakfast started earlier.

Free parking nearby, friendly staff, breakfast was good but little better last time. Clean room overall, spacios, comfy bed. Good location.

Room had cigarette like smell when we arrived and one towel was stained. Breakfast was little better last time.

Check out is until 11 AM, and cleaning lady came and entered our room before 10:30 without checking with reception if room is empty and without knocking. I would rate this stay 1, but we were at this hotel many times and situation with cleaning never happened before. Also othe staff were good, breakfast was great and parking is free and nearby.

Location, parking, cleanness…

Breakfast - they are serving food on buffet from previous day (tomato, cucumber, cheese..) - dry and not fresh and one morning you have different type of eggs and the other day you have only boiled eggs.

Nice hotel, polite employees, spacious and clean rooms. Location is superb, close to the city center. There is a shopping mall and a parking garage in the same building, for everything you may need.. We had a really nice stay here.

Perfect hotel for business trip. The staff is professional and helpful for all daily needs. Parking is secure and 24 hours operative. The reception team were efficient and great with advices. Hotel dining is nice with beautiful terrace and reach menu for breakfast. I shall coming again!

Room Bar is empty!?

Good location, the town attractions (Bazaar, Fortress, religious sites) in waking distance (some 10-15 mins). Excellent breakfast, very nice personnel. Free parking place (for those travelling by car), particularly appreciated in the centre of Skopje.

AC was not easy to calibrate at the beginning, it was more a question of intuition ;-)

The hotel is fantastic, the staff is cultured and so wonderful, I expected nothing else from Macedonians than kindness and top-notch service because they are known as true hosts. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic.I will definitely stay here next time I come.The only thing I would add, but it is not something that important, would be nice to have a bottle of water in the minibar as a gift for the guest, everything else is for every recommendation!!The location is good and about 18 minutes from the strict center for walking.Thank you!!

On my opinion this hotel is overrated. It's ok, but not deserving the rating it has. Hotel is facing on very busy street, traffic was loud all night. Carpet in the room is dirty and worn out. I booked the room for two persons but it was prepared only for one - I had to call for extra towels and toiletries. Hotel breakfast restaurant was under construction and this was not told before reservation. They provided good breakfast in the restaurant nearby, but it's not convenient to go out of hotel for breakfast. Man at the reception was not willing to help for request we had (on the other side lady and another man were very helpful). Distance to the center is around 15 minutes walking.

Good location, free parking in the garage. Rooms are big and clean, bed is comfortable. Shopping mall is in the same building so if You need anything it is very close.

The space for breakfast was renovated so we had to go for breakfast at nearby place. They had no buffet so You need to order and the selection is ok, but could be better.

Free water, tea and slippers. Breakfast was also great

The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. They prepared gluten free and vegan breakfast for my boyfriend. We could easily find a parking place at the garage which belongs to the shopping center, but is free of charge if you stay in the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is close to the center, about 10 minutes walk. And one plus thing to mention: all the beauty products they provided(shampoo, body cream) have very nice smell :)

Since the hotel shared the building with a small shopping center, not only was it possible to have a store directly nearby, the parking garage of the center could be used for free. The city center was about 20 minutes by food away or the hotel could call a taxi which would cost around 2€. (Use the taxi option of the hotel as compared to the taxis waiting outside the shopping center, since it will be cheaper.)

During our stay the door locking mechanism failed and it took the first person we talked with could not and did not fix it for the next hours. When we returned later at night luckily his colleague, exchanged batteries and made it work again. The shower must have been distinctly clogged and after each shower part of the bathroom had a wet floor until the water left via a secondary sink. Also the shower randomly switched between hot and cold (maybe tepid) water. The AC worked mediocre at best.
