Everything. The room was so comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding. Tatiana was amazing and went wayyyy above and beyond as the host. I couldn’t give it a higher recommendation the view of the city was beautiful

If there was anything at all I didn’t like, the towels could be softer.

It was a clean and decent hotel with friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay there. It's a bit far from the center but there is bus number 25 that gets you directly to the hotel and it's quite convenient. The view is amazing from the balcony.

bathroom is narrow.I would like to know earlier than our presence that hotel is under renovation. Breakfast has not much alternative and did not like that restaurant closed and we have to eat in roo..TV was not working good.

I had a wonderful stay! The view of the city from my room was absolutely stunning—especially at night when everything lit up. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast each morning was delicious with a good variety of options to start the day right. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they’re cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making them a perfect little retreat after a day of exploring. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast is very nice. View is nice. Except everything the owner Vladimir is very sincere, thoughtful, helpful. Whatever you need you have in this hotel. Taxi to the old city costs 5-6 euro

First we had another room which we did not like the positioning of the materials in room then Mr. Vladimir helped us. Nothing to dislike.

Great room, amazing view , very friendly and helpful staff

Mattress was very comfortable. Nice view from the terrace. Breakfast was very good: eggs, meats, bread, fruits, vegetables.

The view from the rooms over night Skopje is breathtaking! The hotel is also brand new, so it feels comfortable and clean.

The hotel is not totally finished and construction work is ongoing right behind the walls, so if you need calmness and peace during the day, this might not be the best choice for you.

The room is a bit small, but a very comfortable bed, small toilet but it is ok, it has balcony with a great view.

The description says breakfast buffet included, after you book, we got a message saying that the restaurant is closed and the breakfast we will be in the room, so that is not ok, saying different things and also because you can't cancel or ask for a refund. We ask to the receptionist what we will be the breakfast and she says american breakfast we mentioned to her that we don't like that kind of breakfast because we are not Americans and if we could get something different and she said yes and I will say to my colleague, but we also when we call for the breakfast in the morning, we should mentioned, so I did and ask for eggs, break, yoghurt, Oat, fruit, but not beans or sausage or bacon, we also order coffees. We received two sandwiches with tomato, cucumber, ham, and one apple, and the coffees were super cold. We called her and it took 10 mins to bring us new coffees. We were very disappointed about it, because in the message we received it says that we will get a culinary breakfast. It's not worth it for the price.

The property is under construction at the moment. The existing hotel is clean and the host is very welcoming and has a warm personality. The 2 nights that ww stayed the construction was not a bother. The restaurant is closed but we had a full breakfast delivered to our room by the hosted on an agreed time.The view from our balcony was amazing. I will like to return once the hotel is completed to enjoy the whole experience that the hotel has to offer.

On arrival at the hotel I was surprised to see the construction but once inside I was greeted by the most helpful and pleasant hostess

The view from the room was spectacular. Staff was super friendly. Since the hotel was being renovated, the restaurant was closed, but they offered breakfast in the room. Really appreciated this service.

Very nice staff, we checked-in late at night, administrator contacted us in advance, breakfest was served in the room (as the restaurant was closed)

I stayed on a Sunday and there was no construction work on this hotel but I imagine it would be quite annoying if I stayed during the week. The hotel let me know about the construction work before I arrived. This is just a heads up for people planning to stay here
