Fraying towels, ice machine not working, heating / cooling controls not working

The location is perfect, right on the square. The staff are incredibly helpful and make the stay very pleasant. The room was very clean and had an incredible view as well.

The shower had a leak which caused concern.

Great stay. Central location, everything worked perfectly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Our car wouldn’t start the next morning and the receptionist went above and beyond to help us out. I will definitely come back.

The location just could not have been any better. Perfectly located on a side street that takes you right into the walking parts of town. Clean room, hot water and good internet. Very nice front desk staff and parking is available for $15 a day.

Location was amazing, right in the middle of Skopje. Room was clean and staff was very helpful, especially to find us a taxi in the middle of the marathon.

Breakfast had a lot of options but quality wasn't that good. We had a 3 person room and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

The entire hotel was wonderful. The breakfast had many options, though the eggs and sausages were cold. Other than that, it was great.

Ensure that all hot items in the breakfast are hot.

The location is great, just 1 minute from the main city attractions. We liked the size of the rooms (2 rooms, for 3 and 2 persons), bathrooms, and breakfast. The staff was very kind!

A perfect 2 days stay, in a very comfortable room. Central AC worked just fine, there was an electric kettle in the room, with coffee and tea available. Complimentary bottled water.Safe guarded parking for my motorcycle on the back. Great location to walk to the bazaar, old city, bridge, museums, etc. Very kind and helpfull staff, and elevator in the building. Very good breakfast, with great variety.

Excellent location in the center. The room was very clean. The food was good with a variety of things.

The staff were excellent and accommodating and helped us get sports channel for the Chapions League games in out rooms

Location is perfect. Close to all tourist attractions. Breakfast is also quite good with too many options. The only negative comment is room was not cleaned daily. Only towels were changed
