Excellent location in the heart of Skopje. Kind and helpful staff.

No mini bar available. No bottled water in the room.

The location was fine not so loud during the night. It is easy walk to touristic center. It is nice to have a large park behind the hotel. The breakfast was satisfactory. Unfortunately some people are too loud but not hotels fault.

Mold in toilet paper holder, mold around shower corners. The hot water pressure is bad. Balcony is fine but the downsides makes the experience terrible. Also I had to ask for amenities to be provided to room. Coffee machine not provided in standard room but it is included in comfort room.

It was a western style hotel which is what I wanted, the location was actually excellent, right on river. Good amenities too.

Noisy road and activity, goes with the good location. The cost for the ‘ included’ breakfast was high.

We stayed in deluxe double room one night between the flights. We liked the hotel very much. The rooms are nice and comfortable, electronic keys, everything you might need inside: tea, coffee, minibar for e tea pay, shampoo etc. we were glad to have a bathtub in the room , not a shower cabin. Tbe breakfast was good as well. The stuff is very helpful and friendly.Our room was on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of Skopje center. We definitely would like to go back for more nights to explore Skopje.

Very well located, center of Skopje, plus parking. Everything is in the walking distance of 10-15 minutes tops.

Too little space between bed and work table (hard to pull the chair out.

The hotel and the room are quite good. Great location to the tourist attraction by walking distance only.

There is few thing during our 4 days stay:1. On the first day we arrive is raining. We can sense of bad smell from outside till inside the hotel. Its really uncomfortable and the smell last for 2 days! 2. We cant enjoy our breakfast because this hotel is not particular about muslim meals (HALAL Food) U should set aside vegan food n not vegan. You just waste our money during our stay for not having our morning meals! 3. Not properly replenish items that we need everyday. The cleaner didnt provide it well and also not really tidy up the room. 4. Got water distruption on day 3.5. There is no one to overlook the parking area to ensure your customer park properly. There is 1 guy park his car in between of 2 parking lot for few days.

No room service, at the hotel.... and the kitchen at the bar, close at 10.30 pm, for me is early.

The attitude from staff was a hit and miss for sure.The pizza ordered was the worst ever - a spoon of ketchup and slices of cheese not even melted, what!? This is not acceptable.

Great location, clean rooms, great view from the rooms and quiet.

Please add sausages for breakfast for kids

Never had breakfast at the hotel

Never have I stayed in a 5 star hotel with a locked mini bar, a dead moth stuck on the wall, where there do not seem to have ever heard of black tea, with no pool facilities, mould on the balconies, curtain hanging off hooks. Some areas in this hotel really need some good TLC. The mould on the balcony wall particularly disgusting. Pity as the location is just perfect and staff really do try to do their best. I would NOT choose to stay at this hotel again.

A recently refurbished Holiday Inn. Great TV, very clean. Highly recommend!

The location was terrific and the view toward the city was impressive. Convenient connection to the airport, since the bus stops right in front of the hotel. Helpful staff.

The breakfast is relatively simple. The conference area is a bit of a maze. But the facilities are fine.

the two "guys" at reception lobby very high experience , they understand customer needsand promptly satisfy request like taxi service or other.

Awesome location, kind hotel staff, appropriate for the families, suitable for the babies.

Price was to high, on door entrance there is no ramp for baggage, only stairs. Also, in room i didng have toilet paper

Stayed at the hotel repeatedly and after renovation the hotel offers a new level of comfort. Staff remains same proffessional as before. Cleanliness of the hotel as such at very high level and rooms well equipped and comfortable. Room lightening improoved a lot and now just perfect. Breakfast offers wide selection of local and international food satisfying even very demanding guest. Parking for the car available at the hotel parking facility. Hotel is situated just 5 minutes walking from the main square with the view to the river Vardak. Many restaurants, bars and shops are just very near walking distance. Well done!

Really hardly to find anything. Maybe the price for Macedonia is a bit higher.
