Great location. Comfy bed.

Amazing location not too far from the bus station and right by the old bazaar so perfect for grabbing food and drinks!

On booking it says there is airconditioner but there is not. Its a lie. There is 1 machine but they closed to turn the heating on. We felt so cold during the night. Plus the worker called me,messaaged me like 10 times before our arrival. He asked me to come earlier because they will close the entrance and it was 3.30 pm only. It was so rude that he called and ask and say we should come fast. He couldnt wait. Unbelievable. Also he informed us checkout time is 12.30. And he came and knock the door and asked for us to leave at 12.20. Also very rude.wont go there again

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect—right in the city center, close to all major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Overall, a great place to stay in Skopje, and I would definitely come back!

The location is perfect, and the service offered for the price is relatively good. The beds are comfortable.

The building desperately needs maintenance; though the equipments offered are good, there are concerning problems notably with electric devices (AC is making a constant noise, its filters are obstructed, lights are blinking even when off and lightbulbs are missing)... It's a pity because I had a great stay but it's to wonder if the hotel is not in renovation because of the bad condition of everything. The staff is helpful but not professionnal in their communication.

Location is excellent, close to everything. Hotel has had a recent refresh and facilities are good. Check in was quick and easy and receptionist was really helpful.

The linen is not the best and inadequately sized for the bed. Bathroom doesn’t have a curtain or wall to prevent water getting everywhere when showing and it’s slow to drain allowing the water to pool.

The location of the property is perfect, the city square is maybe 100-200 meters away. The rooms are well equipped and clean.

The room was clean, the location of the hotel is right at the entrance of the Türk çarşısı and close to many places. The hotel staff were always helpful, especially the lady who cleaned the rooms was very sweet.

The room was supposed to be cleaned after two days but it didn’t happen. We stayed for only a few days so it wasn’t a problem, but would have been nice.

Highly recommend. Hotel was great very nice clean and comfortable rooms. Location was excellent just in the centre of both old town and new town. Hotel staff were excellent especially Petar who gave us directions to explore the city as well as connected us with Alexander a great taxi driver and thanks to them both we explored alot of Macedonia. Thankyou thankyou thankyou. Will definitely visit again

Great location, clean, air conditioning, nice bathroom

The location is truly great, right next to the Old bazar. There could have been more cleaning, but clean towels were provided when asked. Friendly host. Was able to self check in at 3am

The room was not very clean unfortunately, on bathroom walls were different stains, diluted soap, no soap, dishes which were provided were stained. The picture on the wall above the bed was broken, from the bed lamp above bed were cables hanging. Couldn’t tell which will fall on head first while sleeping the picture or the lamp...
