The staff was friendly. The breakfast was fine. Location is nice, and there was a nice bar just in front of the hotel. Room was quite even though the windows were facing the street.Overall, the room was fine and clean, and the bed comfortable, apart from...

...bed bugs. After staying two days in the hotel, I returned back home covered in bed bug bites on my hands, legs and back.Also, there was a smell of sewage in the room. It was gone after turning on the A/C, but once the A/C was off for some time (it goes off when you leave the room), it was back again.

Great Hotel! We felt really welcome. The breakfast was delicious. The room was perfect as well. Additionally there are lots of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and it smelled great. Location was great as well. The best thing about this property though is the staff. I was impressed by it. They helped me with every little request always with a big smile on their face.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. They also assisted with organizing an airport taxi, which was very convenient. The hotel is in a great location, about a 10-15 minute walk from the edge of the city center. You can take some wonderful walks from there. The breakfast was delicious. You had to choose from a menu, and they prepared your selected breakfast on the spot. The room was spacious and modern. The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep thanks to the perfect mattress. It was an excellent experience. I think if I travel to Skopje again, I will choose them.

A great location and very close to lots of local restaurants. We had a comfortable stay which included our cooked breakfast each morning.

We returned for an overnight stay at Tim's this year, and were as impressed as last year. While we didn't explore the city as much this time, the hotel's staff and facilities made this short stay memorable. We highly recommend Tim's for its location, cleanliness, staff friendliness, and comfort.

Nearby parking is a bit difficult and requires excellent parking skills. Hotel parking is better but can be taken.

Everything, especially that it was spotless, super clean, big bed, comfy and silent. We got a very good rest and the breakfast was awesome.

Nice place in Skopje, we appreciated air conditioning in room when the weather was hot. Kind staff. Very good breakfast. Clean and quiet room. The hotel is in walking distance to the city center.

Big room and after a trip on more than 30 C we found cold room - excellent. To city center is 10 min walk. Close to the hotel you can find many restaurants.

New hotel located in peacefull area of Skopje.rooms are very well furnished,comfy beds and very good sound insulation from outside.

Breakfasts are not open buffet and can be improved.there is noise coming from the sewage pipes when other floors use bathrooms and toilets.its strange as its new hotel.

I liked the central location of the hotel and the design of the rooms. The breakfast were great too and staff was kind.

The sofa bed should be more comfortable when it's counted as a proper sleeping option.
