Great place, will probably stay again.

OMG. Turn the music down in the restaurant! Breakfast ridiculous level of music. Dinner also, but maybe understandable for the younger kids coming to dine. Still barely able to hold a conversation. It is a restaurant bot a pub/bar dance scene. Also came in and receptionist not at desk but some guy who was hanging out He looked like I was doing something wrong by asking where to park. Not pleasant guy to be greeting clients

Firstly it is not a hotel at all. It’s Condo Building.We were there in the winter.I don’t recommend this place on winter, because we were dying from cold. The rooms are freezing cold. In winter the rooms needs to be 21-25 celsius. And the rooms were 1-5 celsius. After the stay we all got sick from the cold. The reception told us the rooms are cold because their heating can’t keep up…. what? They even didn’t give us extra heating unit. Absolutely not worth the money. Maybe okay on summer but definitely not worth your health on the winterIn 100 meters downhill you have the Crypto Apartment (google) which is 10 times better. You have the whole Apartment 60m2 for yourself, fully heated with extra heating and with real value for money.

The staff was very friendly and super helpful. They helped us with several questions and requests and spoke perect English. Check in and out was super swift and the rooms are contemporary and feature anice design. The hotel has an indoor private parking which was very handy.

The Skybar allows smoking at dinner and doesn’t have a non smoking section. Our shower wasn’t very hot.

Simply a magnificent hotel .Fabulous view,great breakfast,helpful staff,well appointed room.

The hotel reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Although the rooms are spacious, they aren't particularly soundproof. Could hear dogs barking which surprised me being on a hill and also next door quite clearly. Thought the rooms would be better insulated.

Very poor experience overall. The room was very small, the closet tiny. No chairs or a desk. If you want to work on your PC your only option is to sit on the bed. No complimentary coffee or tea: you have to ask the reception (and pay) for a Nespresso capsule and there isn't even a kettle. The minibar was completely empty. I arrived late at night and was starving, but they couldn't even provide a snack. The "panorama" from the room consists of a small window overlooking an internal courtyard with a magnificent view of a garden hose. How does this even qualify as a "four star" experience?

Very nice, beautiful views, good beds, good breakfast.

The guests are allowed to smoke in the sky bar, well, we are from Europe and not used to eat in smoke while you’re dining. Quite disappointing.

There is theft here

I stayed with my brother. His perfume was stolen from his room. Although we reported it to the hotel management, nothing was done. It is a very bad hotel and they have unsafe rooms.

Excellent location. Parking on spot, excellent facilities, super polite staff ( kudos to Davor from reception desk). We got a free upgrade for a room with a fabulous view on the city. Sky bar is amazing with phenomenal view, a place for true hedonists to come and relax after a long day (great selection of whiskey and cigars). Breakfast was good. Regarding room comfy bed, good wifi, cable TV.

Amazing view of the city. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great.

The spa is a deception. A single four-person sauna makes up the wellness section.

Location abs views.Cooperative, welcoming, and polite reception, the last free coffee at checkout ☕️ ? was so nice.

The staff did not do their best to help and the bathroom ceiling had some issues that should not exist for a 5 star hotel.

View was amazing. Room was so big, comfortable and chic. There is a bar called “Sky bar” on the top floor. Young barmen who is working at sky bar educated about all alcohols and cocktails. Breakfast has quite different options. Food quality was good. If I visit again this city, I definitely stay at this hotel again. Hotel has own parking lot.
