The staff and proximity to the old town and the beach

too good to be true! the cleanliness is extra ordinery, the staff is so nice, kind and helpfull. we stayed for 6 nights and enjoied every minuet...

From the receptionist, Dragana's smile and welcome, to a magnificient large room, and oh the shower and tub combo. The charming balcony off my room. To Natasha's care that I was happy. Morning brought Gordina's sumptuous breakfast buffet, never to be matched worldwide! Check out with lovely Evana and a visit with Marina, the wonderful manager, to express the biggest thank you and to express our gratitude for this exquisite hotel and staff. The grounds, the decor, the comfort, the location, the staff. 5 stars in my book!

It was pure perfection. Please change nothing.

The staff is very attentive, very helpfull, Great healthy breakfast. The location is over a road so it can be very noisy for light sleepers. Even if they give u room number 1 with balcony facing the restaurant was very noisy. Walking distance from the old town and great promenade walk Lungomare.

They charge extra de parking, 30 euros way too expensive comparing with the stay ! Also in low season u can park anywhere for free outside.

It’s an exceptional beautiful Villa in Lovran.So beautiful, clean , wonderfully designed, cozy , spacious, beautiful views …….just wow !!!!!And don’t let me forget to mention the wonderful Staff . Natasha is the sweetest and kindest person I have met on my decades traveling . All the staff was superb, friendly, professional and very helpful. And the breakfast was out of this world ! Local, fresh and delicious ! The selection was outstanding! salty, sweet , cooked , raw, meat , vegetables, dairy and so much more ……and don’t let me forget to mention the palačinke……sooooo goooood!!!!!! what can I say then …WOW!!!!I wish to come back here for a longer stay and will recommend it to all my family and friends .This was an amazing stay !!!!

Everything was amazing !!!

Although it was not on the front line of the sea it was just across the road. About 7min present walk from all the restaurants . Breakfast was excellent. Very friendly staff. With (paid) parking

Our room didn’t have window with a view.

We are returning guests so, what we can share with future Lovran travellers is that Villa Eugenia is far the best in that region. We would like to mention the beautiful garden where you can enjoy your breakfast or relax under the trees in the afternoon. So much special thanks to Goga for her kindness, smiley and always "how to help" attitude during breakfast times, and last but not least also for the pancakes :-)

Large room with good shower & aircon was great. Breakfast was good & staff was friendly. Second stay there & would return.

Good parking, nice breakfast, nice person

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. We were able to get checked in right away and the room was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and we had a nice sitting area in our room. The breakfast downstairs is one of the best ones we've had during our trip. It has everything you could ever want. The secure parking behind the hotel was 20 euros a day, but worth it to not have to worry about bumps or scratches

Beautiful room, with lovely balcony overlooking sea! Huge room and bath, with all the extras. Perfect location, great breakfast and friendly staff. Love a small hotel like this! Also great to have parking.

The hotel staff is exceptional, rarely seen. I really must say that we were very pleasantly surprised with that. Also, the reviews are completely true - the breakfast is superb, phenomenal even. The room was very spacious and clean, parking is paid (20€ per night), but very practical and convenient.

When booking, we opted for the "family room", specifically because it had 2 "real" beds (as was shown in the pictures on booking for this room). In reality, the room shown on booking is not the one we got. In addition to a king size bed, we got a roll-away bed that was flimsy and unstable. We expected to get a separate, "real" bed, as was shown in the pictures. We find this not to be a deal-breaker and would definitely stay at this hotel again, but would request the room shown in pictures.

Our stay was truly romantic, with an incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a generous and varied selection that exceeded our expectations. The terrace was an ideal spot for relaxation, creating the perfect ambiance. Additionally, the bathroom featured luxurious cosmetics from the Rituals brand, adding a thoughtful touch to the experience.

The breakfast menu is excellent. The hotel is in the spirit of the best boutique hotels. The staff is helpful and hospitable. The room is spacious, and the balcony is definitely an added convenience.

The high parking fee of 20 EUR does not leave a good impression. The hotel overlooks the main road, which is very busy and noisy most of the day and evening.

An exceptional quality boutique hotel. The breakfast was excellent with many choices available. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we had a fabulous room.

The public beach and the promenade was just 3min away. Lovran is quieter than Opatija, so we liked it.Room was big and bathroom was nicely renovated.parking was on site with a surcharge of €10 per night.Breakfast was great.

spacious, light, clean, high ceilings, big windows and luxurious feel. we had a balcony...made room feel even more spacious. excellent breakfast..probably one of the best in terms of choice, made to order pancakes etcalthough pet friendly, no odours and super clean.beach across the road. easy walk to restaurants and promenade. free parking very close to hotel.. don't pay to park on premises. stay here.. you won't regret it..small luxurious and boutique feel. nice garden to relax. staff helpful and friendly.

was not a problem for us but maybe some might not like the proximity to the road with traffic noise etc. but small problem as everything else is excellent ?

Odlicna lokacija. Osoblje ljubazno i uvijek spremno da pomogne. Sobe ciste, uredne i jako prostrane. Obezbedjen parking. Dorucak izvrstan, sve namirnice autohtone od lokalnih proizvodjaca. Sve preporuke za ovaj hotel.
