The staff were very friendly. Breakfast and dinner buffet has a good selection of food. We enjoyed the long walks by the coast trail and even went to Ucka for a hike. The hotel indoor pool is not bad either, same with the sauna. Although, the turkish sauna wasn't working at the time, so it was quite a crowd at the Finnish sauna. It would be good to add more beds in the sauna. On weekends, its almost hard to get a place to lie down. Overall, its a good hotel and organize. We will definitely come back again.

It is a hotel designed for families with many kids, not a very quiet stay. Food was average, same menu for dinner everyday. It was fully occupied so service wasn't very good due to the crowd.

Breakfast was good and staff offered good service. Dinner was decent for the price. Great location on the beach with private / free deck chairs and nice place to swim in the sea. They allowed us a late check out and stored our luggage and use their facilities after check out - thanks for that.

Limited paid parking which cannot be reserved and we had to search for parking elsewhere, we specifically booked the hotel because parking was advertised. The hotel is neglected and needs lots of TLC, maintenance and an upgrade - chipped paintwork, broken umbrellas, neglected walkways, 2 of the 3 sauna's/steam rooms out of order, etc. Not enough deck chairs at pool area for the number of guests, guests block chairs with towels early in the morning for the day and then there is no possibility to relax net to the pool.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly. The Liri Club animators were excellent. The hotel building is old and in need of renovation, but the interior is much better than the exterior facade. The pool with heated sea water was excellent. The beach, like the entire coastline in that area, is rocky and mostly accessible by stairs, except for one small section with pebbles. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to the old town and the bus station for Opatija and Rijeka, while being situated right on the beach.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable for our family and we had a very beautiful view. However, the best part for me was the buffet dinner breakfast where I got to try some location cuisine. Great tasting food and overall excellent value for money.

The hotel is great. Its a short walk to the main town of Lovran, access to the sea front walk, kids club, swimming pool, parking (extra charge) and lovely breakfast spread. I stayed with a young family and older relative. The staff were lovely and helped us with queries about the town.

The staff is super friendly and the rooms are great. We got upgraded for the sea view which is really fantastic. The pool area is quiet and perfect for a swim. The saunas become a bit too hot in the afternoon. Everything was perfect, except we were missing a kettle for water in our room and it would be really helpful to have a shoe horn in our room. Overal a great stay.

Nice place, noce rooms. The hotel food is not so good, and the menu is boring. The parking place is quite expencive.

The view was amazing. It was really nice to be able to walk down to the water and walk along the coastline. Buffet breakfast was good.

Great place to stay. Comfortable room with the beautiful sea view. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, variety of food. Nice stuff and great facilities like sauna and pool with seawater, the temperature is about 26 degrees. We had a wonderful time.
