We loved the location, the owner and the beautiful property. They made every effort to pamper their guests. This was an exceptional find!

Everything is good

- our host - committed, friendly,, helpful, kind, made us feel "at home"- the Villa - very clean, well located, near the sea and close to Lovran centre (where the restaurants are)- the triple room - was actually a two room apartment, full of sun in the morning, in the shadow starting early afternoon- the sea (water) - as always in Croatia, crystal clear

Hotel Villa Vera is a jewel rack! Family owned, it is a magnificent small hotel in very quiet neighborhood in Lovran. Our room was immaculately clean with nice terrace to enjoy wine. The owners are gracious, kind and treat you as an honored guest. Allow plenty of time to relax and enjoy an amazing breakfast☺️?! It is really something. In good weather sit on patio for maximum enjoyment.All-in-all Villa Vera is a fabulous place to stay. Definitely allow time to stroll 2 minutes down to the path along the Adriatic. We walked it for 2. 5 hrs after breakfast and it was magnificent. A must do.

Ideally a Nespresso coffee machine in room would have been nice

Breakfast was excellent. Many different delicious foods. Dunja was excellent host. Location was excellent, my husband and I enjoyed so much. Located right by the Adriatic Sea. From the Villa nice path through the little park leading to the Sea trail. On this trail you can see old aristocratic beautiful villas. Greenery is absolutely beautiful with so many different shades of green and gardens are well kept. Room is very nice has balcony were I enjoy sunshine every morning. Bed very comfortable.

Would be nice to have a coffee in the room so you can enjoy in the morning on the balcony with a sunshine and view of the Sea.

It's a beautiful family hotel with perfect host. Located just above the beach, it has everything you need. Impeccably clean, spacious and functional. The hostess takes care of every guest and doesn't let anything go wrong

Great breakfast. Staff were awesome from the time we arrived. Property is close to the walkway which takes you 11km or more along the sea towards Opatija. Very quiet when we were there.

Really good location, correct and friendly staff, clean and good furnitured rooms. Free private parking. Quality breakfast. We highly recommend it.

The hotel was beautiful and our accommodations were large, very pretty and comfortable. The breakfast was great and eating on the patio was very nice. The front reception woman was very kind.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The owner was very kind and professional and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The beds were comfortable the entire property was extremely clean, the pool was very relaxing at the end of a sea day. The hotel is located just a short 2 minute walk down to a sea walk which you can use to walk around most of the nearby coastline with numerous entrances to the sea water. We were extremely happy with our choice to stay at The Hotel Villa Vera.

Family owned/run hotel; Dunja is very nice and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful, rooms spacious, beds are comfortable. We had an upgraded room on floor 3. Each balcony had a little bistro table & chairs where we could sit, have a drink and relax. It was lovely to also be able to sit in the room with the balcony doors wide open for the fresh air. Heated floor & towel bars controlled by you in the room (as opposed to being centrally turned on/available for certain time periods in the AM & PM, which we experienced elsewhere in our travels). This is convenient for those who are handwashing items on a long trip. The housecleaning staff was simply lovely—very friendly, welcoming and did a good job. So adorable! Breakfast offering was good—including they will make you eggs to order. A very good value offered for what we paid. We would DEFINITELY stay there again if revisiting Lovran (which is quite likely as it is very charming!)

Just FYI - The regular brewed coffee was not to our liking. But, we asked for espresso machiattos, and Dunja happily made them for us and they were good.

Clean, next to the beach. The breakfast was very good. The receptionist is very nice and provided us with ice for our cooler.

We requested private parking, but got street parking in front of hotel (they have only a few private parking spots). The street is very narrow so there is a risk of your car getting damaged.

A beautiful setting and lovely staff, this hotel is perfectly located in Lovran and a delightful place to stay. We wished we could have stayed longer

The 2 ladies running the place were incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel is very well maintained, everything is super clean. The room was spacious and comfortable, WIFI worked well. There was space at the property to park the car and a nice beach where you can also rent sunbeds is only a few steps away. Breakfast was good and available until 11:00. We will definitely be back!

The hospitality of the staff was exceptional. Very good breakfast. Beautiful garden. Free indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna for those rainy days. Free private parking. Few steps down to the beach. Proximity of bus stops for Opatija.

Staff are remarkable. So much attention to detail. This is a family owned/run hotel and you feel that they truly care about the property and the guests. Location was exceptional, with a beautiful walk to the beach. Breakfast was delicious, including freshly made eggs of your choice.

Very kind staff. Cleanliness. Beach right in front of the hotal. Town at a walking distance.
