Amazing place fabulous staff, especially in restaurants on Wednesday and Thursday. Reception staff are also very polite.Cleaners are very accommodating

Felt room was only half cleaned ...glasses not washed ...no full length mirror in room .....

No iron or ironing board in the room. Very busy checking in even though I had pre checked in.

The lift was temperamental

Location was good but no towels when I arrived and being a centre Location helps for accessibility but is quite noisy when trying to sleep

Staff where pleasant beds were comfortable

We did not eat at the restaurant but we enjoyed the lounge food very much. The soups were especially delicious!

We would have liked to have a bottle of fresh water provided daily.

Location is good and the staff were nice.

There was no hot water, then after few hours there was, and then in the evening there was none again.

Excellent, friendly and very helpful staff. We were able to check in hours earlier after a long journey, so we were very appreciative of the staff accommodating us early.

We arrived early and the room was ready, a beautifully decorated room with comfortable beds, the staff were so friendly, and a bonus was breakfast served till 11 with a great variety of food available

Central location.

The room was freezing on one of the coldest nights in the year. In the morning we figured out the storage electrical heating. Heating should be automatic.

Bad

Collection of beer kegs started at 06:30, and went on until 08:00, impossible to sleep due to noise.

Staff were friendly, and efficient. Parking across the road included and central location. Room had everything you need

Asked twice in message exchanges for a quiet room. Hotel was far less than full and we were put opposite Ridleys nightclub outdoor area with music unbearably loud. Rang reception who said "these are over at 1030 and sprung upon us" Absolute tosh, people were travelling on buses from afar to attend., why not be honest? No prude or bore, but we had an early night and ended up awake till the early hours.Reception said we should have put you the church side...so ask for that if staying, the volume and lack of noise cancellation was shocking.Understand there is a nightclub, understand people have a great time, but simply asked for a quiet room in a half empty hotel

We were there for one night the staff were very friendly, the bar food was faultless as was the breakfast, great location definitely would stay there again
