About
Rising up from the March Menor shores, this modern and functional 3-star hotel is in Los Alcázares – a unique spot well-known for its warm, shallow waters. The area is ideal for family holidays. The shallow waters are great for bathing with smaller children and a good place for learning different water sports. Golf enthusiasts are well catered to, with a course within half a mile. Well-connected via the AP-7 highway, Murcia San Javier Airport is just 3.5 miles from the hotel. You can drive to Cartagena in around 10 minutes.

- Great room, very clean, friendly personal. Extremely good value for cost. And very decent breakfast on top.
- Very clean parking outside and access ramp. Light and airy reception. Great staff, excellent continental breakfast, large beds and fairly peaceful area. 2 minute stroll to the beach promenade. We understand excellent restaurants are a literally around the corner and were highly recommended. Beds large and comfortable.
Cons -
- It would have been nice for tea and coffee making facilities in the room. It had a mini fridge.
- I liked everything.
- I do not have any areas of concern. The hotel was quiet. The parking was a little dicey. I would imagine during the busy period it could be a problem. The referral to El Delfin was good.

Very nice hotel, excellent customer service, quiet and close to the beach. The room is very spacious and modern. If you want to stay on the Mar Menor area you should definitely choose this hotel.
I liked everything.
The room was clean and well controlled with HVAC. The bathroom was well laid out and operated well. The breakfast was excellent and a good value. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous.

An efficient but friendly establishment. All staff were helpful, and knew their roles. Exccellent.
Car parking.
Hotel is a little gem with friendly staff, spotless rooms and in a great location
The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was well equipped with toiletries. Nice balcony in the room. Breakfast was excellent, and for a tea drinking Brit, there was a kettle for hot tea as part of the breakfast service.
We've stayed here many times and it never disappoints. The rooms are large and clean and the extra large bed is so comfortable. The maid came in everyday to make our bed and clean. Beautiful hotel and fantastic location.
Spotless hotel, such friendly staff, basic continental breakfast, but more than adequate
Great location at the quieter Southern end of Los Alcazares, 2 minutes from the sea, promenade and marina. Extra large bed in nice, clean room with balcony and two partial sea views. Smooth-running electric blinds. Fridge, TV with North Ireland BBC TV. Large walk-in shower. Great breakfast with good choice of prepared fruit, charcuterie, cheeses and pastries in a nice room with a spacious feel. Excellent, helpful staff.Great locals restaurant next door with outside seating (Delfin). Italian pizzeria quite close by.
Everything was good. If I had to nitpick, I would say the shower base was quite slippy, with no grab rail to hold on to. If I kept my socks on it was fine! There is a disused Naval base next door, but it has gardens and is quite scenic and adds to the peaceful feel!
The staff at this hotel are lovely. We have stayed here twice now for our daughters local competition. It is clean, tidy, comfortable and a great price.
Was on a room only basis so cannot comment on the breakfast. Great location and parking free right outside the hotel. Lovely friendly staff and everywhere beautifully clean and fresh. Comfy bed and pillows. All excellent.
Nothing not to like
Very clean and comfortable , great value stay .
No coffee making facilities in room
90% off staff very good .
Particularly rude front desk member seems to have difficulty making eye contact .self service ice machine needed.sound proofing between floors dreadful scraping furniture above most annoying.
Clean room, comfortable bed, exceptional value for money. 8 Euro continental breakfast had excellent choices
Tea/coffee facilities in room would have been appreciated
We use the Cristina many times throughout the year for the past 6 years, we have stayed in many 4 & 5* hotels around the world, and we rate the Cristina at the same level. Well done team! 100% every stay! Paul Sedgwick. Cruise ships secret inspector ( retired) ?
Nothing at all.
Good location, quiet place, close to the beach and bus stop, good breakfast
Beds could be litle bit better, not so noise
After booking in for breakfast for 6 days, we were fully expecting a "normal " continental breakfast. I would just like to say the breakfast far exceeded out expectations for choice of assorted breakfasts and we didn't have to have the same breakfast on more than one occasion. We didn't manage to get through the assorted choices in our 6 mornings. For those with allergies and other intolerants all needs were provided for. We were very surprised to find out that this hotel was only a 3 star, but were later told that they could only get a 3 star rating as they didn't provide a restaurant for evening meals. The beds were really comfortable and nothing was too much trouble as a kettle was provided upon request. It was close to local amenities.
It wasn't really a case of not liking anything but when visiting in the winter months a pool or heated pool might have been an advantage. Coming from the UK I am sure everyone knows we bring too many clothes and as a result we like to put our things away in a chest of drawers. This was not provided in the room but there was shelves in the wardrobes so not really an issue.
Large room with small balcony and seaview. Pleasant receptionist.
The breakfast was adequate but the coffee is to be avoided, dreadful and this opinion was shared by other guests. The neighbouring military airport means planes taking off and landing at most hours.
