Hotel 525

Location right beside the main restaurant strip and close to the beach.

The spa facilities were also excellent, but it was a shame that the rooftop pool was closed, even though the weather was still warm, with temperatures in the mid 20s.

The location of the hotel was exactly what we wanted. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our junior suite was very comfortable.

We would have liked to have some snacks with the mini bar, as we felt like snacking later on in the evening.

The balcony door wouldn't stay open, no sliding doors .No chairs on the balcony. There is room .The shower didn't drain well .

The temperature of the room was too hot and couldn’t lower it.

Good hotel, well located, clean, nice staff, nice rooms but room temperature is too hot overnight in winter.

It’s too hot in the rooms in winter. The temperature in the room was 23 degrees Celsius (which is too hot for sleeping) and it’s impossible to get it down. Air con doesn’t work in winter so the only way to cool the room down is by opening the window but then if you’re facing the boulevard, it’s too noisy. They say to put the system on “stand by” mode to turn the heating off but still, the room doesn’t cool down at all.

The cleanliness of the room. The location was ideal for all amenities. The inclusive use of sauna and steam room was a welcome pleasure.We will definitely be back here.

The toilet would not stop running and the sink plunger was broken but these didn't adversely effect our stay.
