Location. Friendly staff. Stayed numerous times before. Clean.

Kettle in room would be good. Breakfast in the price we paid would be good.

Location is great, staff is nice.

The mattresses are uncomfortable.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Great location, 2 mins from the beach and 2 mins from restaurants and bars. Fab hotel for the area. Great views from balcony.

A little disappointed that there were no tea and coffee making facilities, like a coffee in the morning

The staff were very polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble

It is very well-positioned in Los Narejos, in a very short walk both to the beach and to the High Street commercial and many kinds of restaurant providers. As well, it is maintained spotless clean every day, starting with the outdoors two pools and continuing with all hallways and rooms. I do have a special mansion to make here about the maiden who cleaned our room, no 426, exactly as I asked her through a note I left for her on the morning of 31st August.I didn't see her, I do not know her name, but I would say that she deserves a bonus to be added to her pay, for getting done such a good job.The hotel’s restaurant is very good, with a very diverse menu every evening.Additionally, the new administration made the good decision to give all customers who have made a reservation a substantial reduction in meal prices. Well done and many thanks to the all staff members.

The pools are too small.

No tea or coffee facilities missed that , but coffee in the bar was wounderful

Love this hotel been here twice now , looking to book same time next year , location is good for everything we need for a break , staff so friendly, can't do enough for you , taxi to and from airport was on time no waiting around

Great location close to bars and restaurants. Decent comfortable rooms.

The mattress was a little hard for my liking and I would expect tea and coffee making facilities in a 4 star hotel

There is nothing we didn't like.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff. Secure underground parking for a small fee or free parking outside on the street. The property location was fantastic for the beach and bars/restaurants.

Spotlessly clean, great value for money and a fabulous location

Maybe need a few extra sun loungers

Pool was good, staff were very friendly and informative.

Breakfast was a little under par. Bed weren't 4 star - a little lumpy.
