Comfy, spacious room, peaceful

Only had paper cups for tea/coffee and only 1 teabag

The location is great, walking distance to a shopping center and restaurants. It is also easy to find a free parking space nearby.

I stayed in a room with the bed just under the window, and there was air flowing through the window making it cold and uncomfortable.

WiFi didn't seem to work. But didn't report it as only there for one night.

Really nice quiet camp site with good size plots , electric hook up , great hosts who made check in so easy via a telephone call. Spoke great English and made it really simple to book in . Toilets and showers really clean , smelly drains a bit wiffy . Nice little area to sit out and have a drink ?

Good location, clean and comfortable bed

No signs to where the rooms are, very confusing. Room needs some repairs and new carpets.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff very helpful. The restaurant was fine.

The overall impression of the hotel is that it was a bit tatty and not what I remember from a Campanile. There were no towels in our room and those subsequently delivered were not complete.The hotel needs a bit of a tidy up.

The family room (201) was a great size for us. The location is fantastic and only 10 mins from the ferry terminal. The breakfast had a good choice of continental items and the price was great value. The kids also loved the pool table!

It's an okay hotel for a business trip, it was close to ArcelorMittal where I needed to be. Cheap as well. Free and ample parking.

Clean, good location, staff ok ?

No WiFi , didn't allow pets in the bar and restaurant area . Which we found a struggle to eat and drink together due to the dog being left alone in the room .

We booked a family room to have a bit more space with the dogs and the room was huge, and the large bed very comfortable. We use this hotel before taking the ferry to UK and for this it is very convenient. The restaurant across the road is good value for money.

Having a small fridge in the room would help.

Good location close to ferry terminal. Clean and tidy room, friendly and helpful personel.Although hotel is not too new and modern it is very well maintained.Recommended for short stays on your way to UK.

Everything was ok

The parking and very friendly staff.

No lift and the hotel need to be updated.

Room, bed and breakfast were fine, as expected.

Shower/bath, the seal around it was useless and when I stepped out the floor was saturated with water and I needed to use all the towels to soak up the water. Staff were helpful when you could get one!

Lights in bedroom a bit dim

Very conveniently located for Dunkerque and the motorway. Staff very helpful.

Decor was a little tired. Could tell room had previously been smoked in. Perhaps carpet needed cleaning

It was very close to the tunnel and it had everything you needed to sleep and shower ready for the next day.

Some of the carpets were a bit dirty but the beds and towels were clean. It looks very basic and I would suggest it would be suitable for one night only.

Only the location to the port was great.

Mostly everything wasn’t like on the pictures on booking. Rooms very dirty. Carpet so dirty that make my kids sick .

Accomodation was valid for money

Food offering was very poor value. It used to be big plus but it has gone way down.Room carpet badly stained
