The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, staff very helpful and overall very good value for money. Also the location was conveniently close to the motorway and on top of all that it had fast chargers for electric cars.

No lift, but we managed ok.

The staff was helpful and cooperative. The room was clean and quiet. The air conditioning system was working great (it was a heat wave at the time of my visit).

For me everything was perfect. I have stayed there just to have a nice sleep and to continue my journey.

Eggs boiling machine doesn’t work that well, you need to wait almost 20 minutes to get the egg cooked

Easy for a stop over from the highway. Comfy beds and pillows to my taste. Decent price and clean rooms. Interesting spot for electric vehicles.

Nothing really except there is not much around. The restaurant down the street is rather a canteen with expensive food that is not worth it. But this is obviously not the fault of this hotel

Near Tesla chargers, clean, no noise, comfortable room for one night stay when crossing France.

there was no hot water for the shower, apparently this problem was already known by the staff but not communicated beforehand (only afterwards when complaining it was said it was a known problem)The hotel is under renovation till march 2025, unfortunately this is only mentioned after booking confirmation

Great value budget hotel, excellent location for overnight stopover en route to/from the Alps with excellent EV charging facilities in front of hotel.

Some lobby renovation work still in progress but rooms already done. Bed a bit hard but pillows good.

The room was clean and comfortable and recently decorated with new carpets.

We didn't have any milks in the room which would have been nice so we could have made a coffee with milk.

Hotel was in process of refurbishment which was not explained when booking. No hot water the night we arrived and could not take a shower. Finally got hot water the following morning. No facilities to use, had to eat at restaurant in hotel next door.

We arrived after a 9 hour drive to a building site.to be told by very unhelpful staff member that the restaurant was closed and no breakfast in the morning. He said there wasn't any milk for the tea,coffee provided in room,and when we wanted a shower the water was cold .we complained and was given a shrug of his shouldersThis hotel is being refurbished so customers should have been told that facilities were shut...all this for 97 euros. So save your money go elsewhere.

Friendly staff at reception.

No signs or lights so got lost. Building under renovation. No food available or even tea or coffee in room. Hot water took very long time to come through. No basin plug, no extractor fan working.Ground floor window did not lock.Had to go to adjacent hotel for expensive breakfast. Local restaurant closing for holiday and no food available.Not what was needed after a long journey! Should not have been advertised as available!

Nothing! We arrived and were shocked as it appeared to be a building site, eventually found the entrance across the rubble. We would have expected Booking.com to at least have notified us and we would not have chosen this hotel. Very dissatisfied!

See the above. Onterre other thing, unlike all our previous bookings we were not allowed to see our room until we paid the bill, then and only then they handed over the key

The beds were comfy but the hotel was under going maintenance so it's messy outside also the room was very small and cramped the toilet position is in the way of the shower so it's a trip hazard I wouldn't stay again but the staff were polite especially the African lady

Terrible Hotel was being re-built it was a building site

The hotel was being re-built and it was like having a holiday on a building site, they should not be letting rooms out to people while the hotel is under reconstruction. We were not told of this and booking.com should be aware that this is happening and not allow people to book in that hotel. We would like a refund, if we had booked more than one night it would have been a disaster

Location is good

Hotel is very tired looking. Scaffolding outside, it looked like it was closed down

A good selection of fruit, cheese, charcuterie as well as bread products. The hotel was undergoing a refurbishment outside, which may have put some people off but it meant that we had a peaceful and an uncrowded stay, even though the garden behind the hotel and immediately in front was temporarily unavailable.

Needed to go to another hotel for supper. It was a busy evening, tourist wise, so had to wait and hour and a half before eating at 9pm.

A bit run down and tired but looks like there is work being done on it, the beds are comfortable though which is a bonus
