Pros +
- Very helpful staff recommending what to see. Not far walk from bus stop and restaurants / shops. Clean room and comfy bed. Nice that breakfast was an option - it was good with a nice selection and even speciality coffees made. A nice little hotel.
- Hotel Parnassos was my best sleep in Greece! We stayed in a four person room and did not feel crowded. The beds were so comfortable and the room was quite. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The included breakfast (bread and pastries, fruits, meats and cheeses, eggs, juice, coffee and more) was just perfect to start our day. The location was in walking distance to visit the archeological site of Delphi and wander the small town.
- The staff pleasant and friendly.
Cons -
- There are not enough luggage racks to put suitcases on - even though there would have been space for another one. Also, not enough space to put toiletries in bathroom - as there is no counter space. A few more hooks to handle towels would be great too.
- The shower is small, open, and awkward. If you have ever showered in a camping trailer, you can make it work without getting too much water on the floor.
- The bed was uncomfortable and they didn't have fluffy pillows. While they market that they have plugs near the beds, they only had 2 plugs in one side of the bed.

April 2025The hotel was perfect! Great location. Safe. Quiet. No smells. They had a lift for luggage. Large room - we booked the room with 2 beds. One was a true queen and the other was 2 twins pushed together to make a king size bed. Each of the 2 twins had a trundle and this room could easily sleep 6. Comfortable mattresses. Dorm size frig, bottled water and a safe in the room. Great breakfast that they replenished quickly after large groups. And they made latte's to go for us! Easy walk to the historic site and many restaurants from here.
The view was very good.
Just before our arrival the hotel, we suddenly received a notice of the transfer another hotel and breakfast still is in the ordered hotel. Although the adjusted room had good view, we deem the transferring was nonstandard and thus lacked creditworthiness. The hotel should be ahead of time, better before the time of free-cancellation, we can choose another suitable hotel. From the others evaluations, this kind of transferring happened many times, so we wish it can be improved in the future.
A lack of respect
We were diverted to another hotel without being informed at any time. We know that according to Booking's conditions, if Parnassos Delphi Hotel cannot accommodate us for any reason, it is obliged to find us another accommodation in an equal or superior hotel, maintaining the same price of the reservation. In this aspect they acted correctly. But our complaint and indignation is due to the bad practice on the part of the hotel. All the communication was sent from Parnassos Delphi Hotel, as if the reservation was correct. And at no time were we informed that we were being moved to another hotel. We had an unpleasant surprise and a big scare when we arrived and found the hotel closed. Only a small sign informed us to go to another establishment, but without giving any other information. Not even the address, just the name. And it was not a sign put up due to a last-minute unforeseen event, but it was laminated. This shows that the change of hotel had already been planned some time ago, without informing the main interested party, us, the guests. This change also meant an additional inconvenience since I need a crutch to get around and I had to carry the luggage a long distance from where we parked the car to the new location. This way of playing with customers is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect. The guest must always be informed at all times. That is why we do not value either the services or the facilities of the hotel, because we do not know them.
Very polite personnel.
We had booked a premium suite with a double and 2 single beds but they provided two interconnected rooms with 2 double beds. Poor soundproof.
Very good
We paid for a room with Seaview but what we had was someone’s back yard and glimpse of the sea. Would have been better with a garden view that was at the back and defiantly quieter
It was warm and cozy
They had problem with the plumbing on n the toilet and the room was full of water, and I couldn’t even take a bath…
Lovely friendly staff, and comfy couches in lobby area that was very welcoming. Great having an elevator! Nice cafe/bar, plus we liked our room and balcony.
The shower - drove us a bit crazy that the walls weren’t positioned well to keep the water contained, so the bathroom became really wet and the bathmat totally sodden. Also the wifi was bad in the room, very inconsistent and kept cutting out. Wifi was fine down in the lobby. We were charged for ordering a cup of tea but that’s because there were no tea making facilities in our room. However the kind staff found us a kettle and cups etc and set us up with all that we needed later that night.
Our family room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast offerings had all the necessary requirements to begin your day in a positive manner. More important the hotel staff was always ready to make our stay comfortable and provided us with tips about the town! Indeed, the great services by all the staff members of the hotel needs to be underlined who were willing to go beyond the expectations to make our stay comfortable!
The hotel was in an ideal location, the breakfast provided was great.
The room was a little tight for 2 people with luggage.
It's a nice building and the staff were great, with an excellent buffet breakfast
The room needs some maintenance, the main room door doesn't latch properly, we found this out when it opened as I closed the balcony door which scrapes on the door as does the bathroom door
Cozy, simple, clean, good beds, lovely staff. Great value for money deal ?
Staff was very friendly
Too expensive for the quality of the room. We went there in December and stone floor and lack of proper heating ( some of them didnt work) was big shock. Breakfast was OK but very modest. Bed was at the most queen size or a very short king size.
Parnassos Delphi Hotel was very clean, great location within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the archaeological site.
The view from our room wasn’t great, but there were plenty of great views in town.
All the staff were super friendly and helpful - the customer service we received was exceptional. The bed was very comfortable.
Pillows.
Good location. Staff welcoming to the individual needs. Cozy room
Difficult parking. Several small things to fix in the bathroom
The staff was super friendly and nice. They even gave us a cold bottle of water when we left in the morning to visit the archeological site.
The furniture in the bedroom is quite old fashioned and the sockets/lighting controls are in a really odd/uncomfortable location (above the headboard) The renovation of the breakfast area is really nice. (The hotel has great potential. They should roll out the scheme throughout the whole building)
Comfortable with amazing beds and air conditioning. The staff was very friendly. I loved the design, inviting, blending traditional and modern with splashes of color. Friendly and personable stuff.
The breakfast was of mediocre quality.
