    • Very friendly staff
    • Great location; less than a mile from the archaeology site--walk to restaurants and other commercial activity. Terrific staff--friendly and accomodating. Wonderful view from our room. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Parking can be a challenge--garage was full and street parking is limited, but staff cleared a space for us on the street--just opposite the hotel.
    • Both of the ladies from the reception staff were friendly and helpful, but especially Violet, who gave me additional information on what to expect when I would visit the archeological site the next day. This hotel pays attention to little extras that, although not essential, add something to the stay: things such as hand-painted artwork in the rooms, a better selection at breakfast (including honey straight from the honeycomb), and audiophile-grade B&W speakers in the lounge area. I didn’t see the speakers at first but noticed the sound quality and just sat and listened for a while. This hotel is located on the opposite end of Delphi town from the archeological site and the main bus stop (I arrived by bus). This may seem to be a disadvantage, but it’s really not if you realize two things. The first is that the town isn’t that big and I’ll bet that you’re going to walk the town anyway, looking for a restaurant or doing some shopping. BUT the key is to ignore the route your phone gives you, as it will send you up the upper road, which has a steep uphill climb. Instead, take the middle road, which is more level and has more of interest. You will come to the same point where the roads converge again, and this is where the hotel is located. The second thing is that while the main bus stop is at the other end of town, the bus will stop, on request, at the end of town where the hotel is - you just have to make sure you understand the stop and speak to the driver before arrival. When departing you do have to know where they stop (if people are waiting) and make sure you’re there. The reception staff will help you with this.

    Cons -

    • Loud, too much noise in hallways
    • The design of the shower is such that there’s a glass that covers only half of the shower. It does not keep the water in or the cold air out, but this is only a minor issue. It isn’t unique to this hotel. I’ve seen it in other places too. Somewhere there is a bathroom designer who thought this was cute, and it caught on. But it doesn’t work!

The view from the balcony of the room was excellent. We watched the sunset sipping wine from the balcony (when facing the hotel, the room was on the left at the end of the building...so unobstructed view all the way down to Itea/Kirra and gulf). The balcony was appointed with two chairs and one swing pod/chair. The room itself was comfy & clean, though a bit dated (but nonetheless a great value). Excellent breakfast. Had a huge variety and was fresh and delicious. Many restaurants and shops right outside the door. Friendly attentive staff all around. We did park our MG ZS 1.5 compact crossover SUV in the free parking space in basement. Space is tight and it would be hard to maneuver a large car or SUV in and out. Street parking is available but if you are arriving late, you might have to search a bit.

Very nice and clean place, they welcomed us with a smile and helped with any request or question. We had breakfast there which was good

Our room [108] was beautiful -- very nice size, clean and comfortable, with a sofa to relax on. And a balcony with perhaps the best view of the valley below in the entire hotel. Bonus, our favorite restaurant -- Roka -- is right across the street. We also loved Taverna Vakhos, only a short block away. Nidimos is on the quiet end of town, peaceful and relaxing after our Athens holiday, but only a 10-15 minute walk from the Sanctuary of Apollo and archaeological museum. The breakfast buffet provided a nice variety in a very pleasant atmosphere.

The owners - Chrissy and John were wonderful, so personable and kind! They let us check out late! They have parking and a wonderful and comfortable reception area with a bar. The breakfast was an amazing buffet and was a large area with lots of lights, it was actually magical! The balconies have partitions so you have privacy and a chair swing!! Beds are comfortable with a good nights sleep! There is elevator and they provide you a information pamphlet about restaurants, sight seeing and much more! I highly recommend and a good price!

Pillows a little hard. Thinner pillows would be nice.

Perfect location for a visit to Delphi. Incredible staff, very helpful and friendly. A small hotel, simple but comfortable rooms with a great view of the mountains and the sea

My friend and I loved our stay at Nidimos. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed more. The town was picturesque. The archaeological site, museum, restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. A welcome drink was brought up to our room on arrival. What a thoughtful touch! The view from our balcony was beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was beyond nice, they allowed for us to use the parking after check out, balcony with a lovely view! And the best of all: the breakfast!!

Bathroom got a bit wet, but nothing too serious.

The staff and owner were amazing! Helpful, informative, friendly, and responsive. The view is inspiring. Our plans changed and we were happy we stayed three days instead of one. It was a great base to explore not only Delphoi but North to Thermopyles hot springs by way of Mt. Parnassus and South to Itea and Galaxidi with their many nice restaurants on the waterfront.

Our only issue was no hot water the second night after we had spent the day in the hot springs. We waited an hour but took cold showers.

A beautiful location. Great for a few nights with children. Soundproofing worked so well, making it easy to sleep with a buzzing neighbourhood.

Great to have parking, but not for the faint hearted. There was no coffee offering in the room.

Great location with a beautiful view. Close to Delphi, local restaurants and tavernas. Plenty of street parking space. Breakfast was amazing! The personal are very kind and helpful. Highly recommend it!

Everything was exceptional. The room was very clean, the breakfast was delicious with a big variety of options, including plenty of local products. The location was ideal, with a lovely scenery. Finally the staff was very professional, attentive and accommodating.

The hotel was an easy 15 minute walk to the archeological site and museum. It had parking under the hotel, it was a bit difficult to get in and out of for me, but probably wouldn't be difficult for someone used to European clearances. The room was medium sized with a walk out balcony and the view was spectacular! The staff was helpful and polite even though they were asked the same questions by most tourists. The breakfast was very good, with a huge variety of foods.
