Hotel Athina

Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The hotel was at a convenient location. The price was a bargain and the room was clean.

The bed should have been repositioned in the room so that there is more space to move around. I bumped into the frame many times on the way to the bathroom, just because there was not much room to walk.

It was ok for one night of stay in Delfi, nice view and not far from city centre.

It is a bit dated and has thin walls - might want to consider it if you are a light sleeper.

The value for the night was great. Hotel was dated and older, but the Room was clean and met our needs. The owner was nice and helpful.

The breakfast didn't start until 8 AM, and we needed to leave by 8 in order to return our rental car in Athens. Most hotels start breakfast a little earlier like 7AM. The shower was very small and the drain filled up easily.

Overall location and value for money. But at the end of the day, it turned to cost me more than better options nearby: I had to stay one night instead of planned two. But because of conditions I had to check out first thing early in the morning after the first night, informing at the reception that I am moving out because of the conditions, and the staff didn't even care to ask what was not ok.

A/C too noisy, shower too small, deeply indifferent staff (maybe was a language barrier, lady seemed barely spoke English)

Hotel Athina is on the main street of the town of Delphi. It was "in the middle of everything" so super convenient. We walked to the archeology site and museum and everywhere else. We never had to move the car. The most important "like" about this hotel is that it's affordable. A lot of the other hotels in Delphi are double the price, or more.

It's an older building and the room was not especially well maintained. Not dirty, at all. It just had the feeling of being "old." Some people really like that. The beds we were given were not especially comfortable.

The view was exceptional the room was clean and the staff very kind. But this is an old hotel if you are expecting something modern this is not it.

It’s in the middle of town and the perfect spot to walk places while still being pretty quiet. My room had a balcony overlooking the street and I really enjoyed catching some sun there! I find the woodwork really charming and the bed was comfortable!

The shower was a bit small, but I’m finding that’s how most showers in Greece are.

Extremely affordable, and the staff was extremely welcoming. The accommodations were a bit dated, but provided a throw-back to times past.

There was mold in the bathroom. I left the restroom door closed during the night with the fan on & kept my time in the restroom short.

Very central location in Delphi, nothing more exceeding the expectations.We were given a clean towel right away when we asked.

We weren’t allowed to do a late check-in (at 23, when it closes at 22.30) so we had to reschedule our activities because of that. Also the toilet brush could use a wash or just throw it away and change it.

The hotel is centrally located and offers a stunning view of the mountains and the sea from the balcony — truly beautiful. The room was fine, and I appreciated having a fridge in the room.

The hotel is quite old and in need of renovation. The shower door was broken, so after I showered, the entire bathroom was flooded. There was also rust or dirt that probably couldn’t be cleaned anymore due to the age of the facilities. The furniture and overall equipment were quite dated and definitely in need of an update.When I arrived, I wanted to take a shower, but unfortunately, there was no hot water. I don’t know what the issue was. I tried several times to contact the staff, but the reception was not staffed. The phone number provided on Booking seemed to be incorrect, as I wasn’t able to reach anyone. I didn’t see any staff during my entire stay.The next morning, I was asked if I would be staying for breakfast. I hadn’t known that breakfast was even offered, so I didn’t join — I had already bought everything I needed the day before.Better communication with guests and a properly staffed reception — or at least a working phone number — would be very helpful in case assistance is needed.
