Lucy Hotel

The location was nice and there was a good variety of breakfast items.

The hotel was old and dated. Paint was peeling off the walls and the rooms were sparsely furnished. Beds were too hard. The parking at the hotel was a nightmare to get into and out of. There’s a bar next door that had loud “doof doof” music until 2am so we didn’t get much sleep.

Nothing. Only the location is good

Very bad experience. Old dirty and uncomfortable rooms. The bed is hard as a rock, better off sleeping on the floor. The room is so old and badly maintained, everything is rusty, stains and marks on the toilet and on the furniture, the old closets smell very bad. The place is left behind in time. Never going back.

The view at breakfast, the excellent service, and I enjoyed the dinner with our half board plan.

I would have liked to have an option of plain omelettes at breakfast.

There could have been yogurts to choice at breakfast time !Also more choice of food on evening menu !

The room (and probably others) needs to be painted! the paint is peeling of. It seems its about time for a total renovation, looks a little like going back to the 90's... Please write in bigger letters that you chare 14Euros for parking.

Breakfast was abundant and well served.

Room needs repainted, TV out of date. Ie not a smart TV. No bottled water in fridge

The Staff was really nice and helpful when needed.The location of the Hotel, snack and eating possibilities all around, and the nice shopping street nearby.Finding the location with the help of a GPS was fairly easy.

The breakfast buffet was not very welcoming by the looks and the taste.The room I stayed in had a weird smell (like old cigarettes), the AC and the fridge made a lot of noice, so I had to unplug the fridge and turn the AC off. Which in turn made the room become hotter again.

This is not a 4-star hotel, it's more like 3***.The staff was very friendly and the breakfast pretty good.The interior needs to be made more modern. The room 223 was very dark and quite noisy because of the compressors -A/C right outside the room. The facilities were very old.

Too noisy as my room was on top of a bar. The room was not clean enough, the walls were not well maintained (too much moisture), the fridge was making noises all night long, bathroom was not clean.

We really enjoyed our stay Lucy Hotel , which is a family friendly place to spend your holidays with exceptional and amazing staff. The location is great close to amenities and beautiful beaches.Definitely will come next time !!
