    Pros +

    • Free parking, modest but tasty breakfast, close to the beach, helpful staff...
    • We were staying for a swim meet. It was a fantastic experience. Everything we needed was in the same complex. For the purposes of our trip, it definitely met our needs.
    • Location and pool

    Cons -

    • You should keep in mind that this is primarily a camp for children, so if you have a small child or a light sleeper, expect shouting, running, loud music and banging on walls and doors well after 11 pm...
    • Beds were hard. The design and furniture was dated. The hotel overall shows its age through normal wear and tear. It could definitely benefit from a make over..
    • Got checked into an occupied room, then next room had smashed fuse box and was making weird noises. Then, even though it is listed as having it, learned that the AC was shut off even though it is still warm. Included breakfast included slimy eggs, stale bread, and hot chocolate that tasted like scorched milk

Basic but clean and well maintained facility. Close to both the town and the beach with free parking. Great value for the price and family oriented. I highly recommend Bella Italia, and we will definitely stay here again.

    Good complex for children.

Food poor, accomodation poor, poor AC, not the same room as reservated.

The beach and the free sunbed. Location. Easy free parking close to the accommodation. It is a youth summer camp so before you book it adjust your expectation.

Cleaners marched in 30min before check-out time, twice.

    The beach.

The place is old. Around the pool was dirty, the shower around the pool wasn't working. You cannot sleep at night because of the kids screaming in the hall to 1 am. The breakfast was poor, we only stayed one night, I wouldn't consider more.

    Uncomfortable

Rooms were like a prison. No windows to look out at they were high up and had bars on them

    1ElizabethPosted on: 11-24-2023

    Bad

No Wi-Fi, cold showers rooms feel like a prison

    3SharonPosted on: 11-24-2023

The room was clean, and the hotel was close to the beach & the sport venue.

The rooms were very very basic. It was very cold at night but no blankets were provided, and our heater was rubbish. We didn’t have any hot water, so showers were freezing! Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy the food, it was very basic. The only bar that was open only had seats outdoors, it was too cold to be sat outside in November!

Nothing is good except the tournament pools.

The receptionist is the terrible in the world. Don’t know how to speak English, not helpful, waiting to check in more than one hour, give a wrong room key and show us the wrong block of our accommodation in their map. We have to go and find the accommodation block by ourself. The room is not value with the money spend. No heater in room during winter. No hot water in bathroom. No drinking water given or water dispenser around. The nearest grocery shop is 1.8km to buy drinking water.Breakfast with limited food. Room is too far from the entrance and we have to walk with a luggage like 1km to go to our room. Breakfast also very far from the accommodation. No access to beach during winter. Pool for kids is close. The hotel staf is not helpful at all.

    Perfect location,perfect beach 200m away.

Pasta every day for lunch while I was there. Needs to be changed up a bit.

    6ArunPosted on: 9-15-2023

Nice location, private beach with free umbrella, budget friendly hotel, many activities for kids and family, room was fine (not bad).

Swimming pool is closed so early in summer month. 18.30’o clock is too early. Breakfast has not many options. Checkin/out time could be extended. It’s like only 18 hours for one day booking. Current checkout time is 16’o clock and checkin time is 10’o clock.

    - proximity to the beach- outdoor swimming pool with slides- food is always good in Italy (lunch and dinner)- room cleaned up and towels changes every day

    - not much to do on rainy days. We had a 2h one time slot for making paper masks on one of the days, but that was it- we couldn’t go to the indoor swimming pool because it was blocked by the large groups of kids doing swimming sports - it was full of teenagers on camps (in the hundreds), which is not that great for families with small kids- our room was stinking of urine, so we requested a different one on day one- everything seems to be slightly out of maintenance, things are falling apart here and there- breakfast was exactly the same every day and quite thin

The location is perfect and nice staff and cleanliness.

So many mosquito. Going home with polka dots skin because of mosquito bites even i put spray protection for mosquito its non sense? but the place the beach is perfect?

I think the property was like a camp for kids . And the food were made for kids not for adults . We left early we couldn

    8OlofPosted on: 7-31-2023

Pool area with some slides that the kids loved. Close to the beach and restaurants.

The buildings we stayed felt like an old hospital or other institution so not so much hotel-feeling. More hostel-style.

    8MartaPosted on: 7-31-2023

Nice beach, clean . Ther was not too many people so you can relax . Ther was night program you can go and watch it. Big space to walk around but also everything you need is close to eachother.

Ther wasn't fridge in the room. And when was raining ther wasn't some program some atraction for kids inside the building. I tought ther will be for kids something when is raining so they not boring when is raining but wasn't ther nothing. There was boring when was raining.

Lei and Laura were very nice Lei was in the cafeteria for each of our meals and she always had a smile on her face and was so welcoming she was the best part of our visit. Even though she was very busy she kept asking if we needed anything. The pool was nice and it was kept very warm which was wonderful for swimmers. The hotel common areas had a lot of space for gathering and the cafe bar was very accomodating. The group organization arranged a wine tasting and that was wonderful too.

The heat in our room wasn't adjustable and it was difficult to find our room the first night. The bed rail wasn't attached to the bed and it fell and hit my daughter. I let the reception know and they are going to fix it but just something to check before you go to sleep since they are very heavy. Most of the amenities are closed and the hotel is off season but the prices are quite expensive if you're traveling with multiple younger children. The ATM onsite was broken.
