Great hotel stay! Big, clean room. Tasty full board meals. Friendly staff. Nice playroom for kids. Close to beach. Free parking nearby. Perfect for families and relaxation. Highly recommended!

Horrible experience- do not recommend

The facilities - everything is either old and smelly or broken and not working , food is very very basic , some of the dishes didn’t even have a taste like the fish and pasta : it was so bad ?

To be simple: The room was clean. The pool is great. The food is tasty. Great location. There is a place for kids to play.

The hotel booking is with full board but the selection was monotonous so it can be boring after a few days and the staff is not on top of it at all times. Everything in the hotel is a little bit old so if you fancy a chic place this is not it.

Very polite personel, tasty food, good wine, big room, nice swimming pool.

Swimming pool is really great.

The hotel is quite old. The breakfast is pretty unorganised, we arrived around 9, all tables were full of dirty dishes and the rest of foods, we had alone to clean and find a place for eat.

good area

the hotel does not have air conditioning and it is very hot in the rooms, you cannot rest. the bed linen was stained. you can hear the noise from outside even with the window closed. the breakfast was a buffet, but it was not varied at all. hotel parking must be paid extra. in the mini fridge in the room there were no bottles of water that you usually find in 4-star hotels, there was also a water machine in the hallway that didn't always work. polite and nice staff

The food was really nice at the restaurant, the staff welcoming and overall clean.

Not enough sockets in the room

Nice experience, lovely terrace in the hotel room, nice pool and the beach nearby. Breakfast was fine. Easy to park nearby. Bikes rental was a great plus. Air-conditioning was working with some interruptions.

Towels were clean and with nice smell. The breakfast was delicious and with lots of choices.A cot was prepared as I have requested in advance.

It’s not a 4 star hotel, it’s only 3.The furniture is outdated, bathroom is too small.The gentlemen from the reception were kind, but the lady wasn’t nice. I wanted to ask more information about the beach and location, but she wasn’t helpful, she told me that she needs to take care of other guests…

Everything in this hotel is wonderful and the workers there they are very kindly & friendly specially that Brazilian guy in the restaurant Thiago, and and that Moroccan’s girl,,and in the reception there’s an old guy at Night Shift very gentle and quiet) Thank you and continue like that. Will see you next summer all the best.

The staff at the restaurant

First of all this is not a 4 stars hotel.The rooms in front of the road are so noisy and the air con is not functioning. The bed not comfortable. The staff at the reception during the night (I arrived very late): a very old man that is not able to deal with guests. I had to change the room the morning after due to the noise.They don’t advise that the parking is not of the hotel, though it’s in front of it. In general the hotel needs serious renovation.

The room had a lovely terrace which we used during the warm days. The hotel has very nice pool, but we did not have time to try. Nice beach is nearby and we went there. We used the hotel bikes as well, that is great service. The holiday village is calm but at the same time with many opportunities to eat and have fun.

The service was very good and good advaises, pe3fect parking, good breakfast.

The pool area was nice, even tough they made it kind of cumbersome with an electronic tag you needed to have (and deposit money for!) to be able to use the area. Probably because the people at the marina also could pay to use the pool, which had separate entrances for that. So if you needed to go to your room you need your tag to get into the hotel, and if some of your friends/partner stays behind they need to let you out - keep the tag - and then let you in again, and, well, yeah, cumbersome. Also, for some reason, they wanted you to write down your name/number when entering the pool area. All in all, just weird and cumbersome. And, yeah, no drinks by the pool - only by the outside bar area.

The rooms need renovation, WiFi was quite bad, and the breakfast wasn't that rich - just the bare necessities like one kind of ham, one kind of cheese, coffee machines, scrambled eggs, sausages, small youghurt cups, yesterdays bread, croissants and some other pastrys. 4 stars? I think not. I'd give this hotel 1 star, maybe 2 because it's situated in a marina, by the water - and they have a restaurant (which we didn't try - because of the boring breakfast). And, well, 4 stars... When we came back one evening, after eating out, we had bought some youghurt with us - since one of us needed that for his stomach - and we asked in the reception of we could have a spoon, but the old man just replied "No, can't help you." and I was like "Really? A spoon? You can not help us with that?" and even gesticulated what I meant - so there was no language barrier - but he just shook his head and said again "No, can't do that"... 4 stars? really? And I can't even get a spoon? OK... Right.. I don't know about 4 star hotels in Italy, I must admit, but this was just ridicolous. And behind him was the bar! He could probably reach a spoon within 10 feet if he wanted to. Well, nevermind, We won't stay here again after all.

Great location. The food was fine. The swimming pool was great and plenty of sun beds by the pool.

The air conditioning was not working as it should have. The furniture was outdated.
