- Great location, clean, excellent breakfast, friendly staff !
- All was ok. Close to beach, good breakfast, small entertainment events almost every night, good restaurant and very good price for 4 star hotel. Parking place is smart organized to place all guests cars in hotels private yard , even the yard is not very big
Cons -
- Bed mattress was too noisy
- Need to be patient if you need a car during the stay because it can be blocked by other cars. But this real is not a big problem
- Breakfast from 8:00 is little late for me. 7:30 will be better.

Hotel "Bella Venezia". This is the second year that we have been staying with you. Thank you very much for your attention, friendliness and responsiveness. The rooms are cleaned by friendly maids. The restaurant staff is friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel is great. It is located in the center. Therefore, the city noise is almost inaudible. It takes only two minutes to walk to the beach, which is very advantageous for families with children. Many thanks to the administrators! We’re really grateful for your help!Thank you for everything and hope to see you again next summer.Glory to Ukraine ??! Glory to Italy ??!Tanya and girls. Summer 2023
Very nice and comfortable hotel, close to the beach. The staff and the owner was very helpful and gentle. Little family owned hotel, where everything for the guests. The breakfast is nice and wide ranged.
The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was clean and breakfast was bountiful and delicious. There was very good and free parking available. Great location to resturants, shops and the beach.
Nice hotel near the beach and the restaurants.
It has a fre parking lot and good breakfast.
Small like most of lignano hotels but nice, perfect staff, superb breakfast!
Helpfull, friendly staff, mediocre location, parking is nice tho
For the price paid? Disaster. Bad uncomfortable bed, breakfast offered too small.Room not clean and very old and ugly.Furniture in the room was very cheap looking and not comfortable. The bathroom had a tiny shower, that shower was not clean, stains on the wall and the floor, also mold. The bedding? Terrible! Wool Blanket that smelled like it hadn't been washed in months, cover blanket had strange stains. The mattress was hard as a rock and had stains.Over all, for almost 300€, pretty terrible to be honest. Never again.
Location was great regarding the beach, easy reachable
Vacuum cleaning of the room could be improved
it was great, the staff was kind, the food was delicious
Breakfast was good, wide variety of choices available
Mattresses could be a bit more comfortable
