    Pros +

    • Just location
    • Proximity to beach, parco junior. Breakfast was good, a lot of playgrounds for kids.
    • Heated pool in the camp was a very pleasant surprise – our kids (6 and 8 years old) absolutely loved it + delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options . Easy access to the beach (about 500m) ?️, and the property even had its own beach area with reserved sunbeds – totally stress-free! Super friendly and helpful staff at the reception and the breakfast café. The location next to the campsite was lovely ? – we really enjoyed taking relaxing walks there.

    Cons -

    • This was honestly one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. The electricity went out every single night and for hours during the day, leaving us in unbearable 35°C heat with no AC. The shower only had hot water for one person and only when there was power. The apartment was missing even the most basic necessities — no soap, no lighter for the stove, hardly any utensils — we had to buy almost everything ourselves. The beds were awful, you could feel every spring, and it was nearly impossible to sleep. The staff were unhelpful, barely spoke English, and refused to take responsibility for anything. The only positive was the pool and being close to the beach, but that is nowhere near enough to make up for the nightmare we went through. Absolutely not recommended.
    • Horrible staff. Wanted to pay damage deposit by credit card and they told me if I didn’t give them 100 eur in cash they would not check me in and then also threatened me with cancelling my booking. Very unconvenient and rude. I’ve traveled a lot and have no problem paying damage deposit for a car, hotel etc. anywhere through the credit card. This does not cost merchant anything as it is essentially just a charge hold, no actual money gets exchanged. The lady at the desk was unwilling to do that and then in the end she demanded I pay them $5 for “transaction costs”, which I reluctantly did, just so they would not cancel the reservation on me. Not the best experience and total lack of flexibility and bad customer service. Otherwise the stay was good, but this left a bad impression.
    • The property was undergoing some renovations ?️, so the parking area wasn’t fully finished and a bit muddy in spots. But it wasn’t a big issue for us.

Bungalow with two bedrooms and private yard, quiet area with lots of space for kids to play. 25m swimming pools. In walking distance to the sea.

    Pool, garden, grill, children's animation.

We booked a Deluxe Bungalow, the photo with a bed in one room is not true, the beds can only be separated, it was very important for us, because our daughter is very active at night, but we were given protection against falling from the bed. There are a lot of rules in the pool...

Location and facilities are great. Pool was fantastic and lots of activities to do. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

WiFi was non existent in our room.

    Passable

Made a payment for cleaning of the room and no one came to clean the room for the whole 11 days

Great location – less than 5min to the beach. Very nice playground and swimming pools - loved by the child. Apartment was very comfortable and garden was a very pleasant place to relax.

No mosquito nets – it should be assembled as a standard in that place.

The pool is just 1 minute walk away. There is a big supermarket 5 car minutes away that has open until 10pm, and a grocery store only a 2 minute walk away. Both are quite inexpensive. The interior is really old fashioned, don't expect anything fancy. An old gas-powered oven, cutterly and a few dishes is what you can expect.

Although the check-in was supposed to be at 5pm, we had to wait until 7pm. Kids were already sleepy and we could't unpack and visit the pool/ocean. The appartment had a bad smell, you had to endure everytime you entered the appartment after a day out. We don't know if it was the gas (used for the oven), or the humidity in general, or the old interior of the appartment, or even smells from the sewers. Don't expect any toilet paper or napkins, but it in advance. LOTS of mosquitos.During the check-in, I had to fill in a form. The form stated an outdated GDPR that was a century old that "requires" your email and your phone number in order for your stay. They HAVE to update the check-in form to the newest GDPR from 2015, as it specificially prohibits the "coupling" of services and data for market analysis (i DONT want any spam on my phone number/email). They "excuse" it by stating they are sending your important check-out information during the course of your stay - whay can't they do that via a printed piece if paper?

Good swimming pool for adult and children.

Poor equipment and dirty in bungalov.

    8YevgeniyaPosted on: 7-29-2023

The location is perfect. The beach is very big and clean. Lidl is not far from the hotel. Balconies are awesome.

There is a problem with power sockets (take some adaptors or extenders). The light in the room is not bright.

    5RiccardoPosted on: 7-11-2023

People were nice, in most cases.

The “bungalow” was built in 1972 and so it remained. Very poor for the money paid, no sofa, very little bathroom and you are supposed to clean it before leaving. 1972 vacation style, 2023 price

    9SamuelPosted on: 7-4-2023

The accommodation was in a pleasant environment surrounded by trees and grass. There were also climbing frames and a swimming pool, which makes it a great area for children, but other leisure activities such as tennis and the like make it an experience for adults as well.

I didn't like the management's attitude. They changed the conditions during the reservation and no one let us know about it. I only found out at the reception when I was checking in for my stay.

    7IvanaPosted on: 6-26-2023

The place has nice gardens with kids playgrounds, nice terrace

The bungalow does NOT have ceiling in the rooms so you can hear everything an see light from the kithen or the other room, not good if you try to have a sleeping baby in one room and try to be next door like we did - the room cant be dark since the light is coming from the other parts of the bungalow / NO CEILING. So it was not worth the money to get upgrade.

great option for a summer holiday with the family

you should not come there before June 1 - it is still very cold in the rooms. This is primarily a summer location.nowhere is it stated that you have to leave 100 euros in cash as a deposit upon check-in. This is uncomfortable.

    8JarmilaPosted on: 9-5-2022

We liked that the property was pretty quiet compare to other camps we visited before.

The only thing we didnt like was that our bungalow did not have full walls inside. Once the kids went to sleep we did not want to keep the lights on or watch TV because we did not want to disturb them. This was the only disadvantage.

    Staff and location were great.

    Facilities are a bit dated.
