The colors and cleanliness were excellent. The staff was very friendly. Great value for this location at this time of the year.

The infrastructure of the hotel was perfect, nice and big rooms with a nice balcony. The breakfast was great and the staff always friendly and helpful. Very nice pool and bar.

Just a small remark about the dinner. In Italy I would expect a small 'Antipasto' every day. The 'primo' and 'secundo' have always been very good. The dessert was not good, the cakes came straight out of the freezer. I would expect a bit more fantasy and true Italian desserts.

Breakfast and dinner was delicious and a fantastic selection.

I found that the bed against a wall could be difficult for some clients.

The spa closes very early, it would be great to extend the opening hours.

Nice hotel in a quiet area close to the beach. The room was small but clean and adequate for a couple of night stay. They have their own private parking. Available bike rentals are a nice bonus.

The breakfast was not bad, but low variety and did not quite match the expectations.

The room had a broken curtain, which was not repaired or replaced during our stay, nor were we allowed to leave the hotel without being charged for the entire booking. As a result, it was impossible to sleep in the room due to a total lack of privacy and sunlight directly hitting the bed at sunrise. Despite these unacceptable conditions, both the hotel and Booking.com insisted on charging us for the full stay if we left early. The service was extremely poor. In the end, we were only not charged the extra 15 euros for our baby, but that was the only positive aspect.

Exceptional facility, super clean and super comfy. The staff was friendly, helpful and nice.

TV programs are all translates to IT language only. More english language would be welcome.

That we received a dog Kit for both our dogs and that they were treated so nice from all the staff. Also that they were allowed on the terrace for breakfast! Staff was super nice, very welcoming and provided all the information you needed. Room was super clean and beds are very comfortable.

The coffee machines at the breakfast did not have an option for cafe crema without any automated added milk and therefore we did not really like the coffee. (We only drink lactose free milk or oat milk which were provided but with the espresso lungo it was just too bitter for us) everything else was great!

Easy parking outside (this was off season), good breakfast, nice staff, room was a good size and it was in a nice area.

-ATTENTION THE SPA IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE-the spa is extremely small and overcrowded soon-there is NO privacy in the spa, you have to literally walk through the shower to get to the turkish bath-the whole spa area is only 18+, so even older children are not allowed to enter-the pool was closed-The tv in the room is smaller than a laptop screen and doesn't even fit the full picture of whatever movie you wanted to watch-extremely unfriendly staff who do not try to solve any issues-far distance to the beach

We were here last year, we liked it the first time, this time it was ok too but perceived a decline in the quality of the service.

Dog fee is overpriced, makes no sense big dogs pay the same as small ones.breakfast staff wasn’t very nice.

The room was beautiful, functional and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is very rich. The whole area is quiet (at least in September).

The fire alarm (?) went off twice in the wee morning hours but I guess something malfunctioned.

We booked last minute and got a fabulous price. We could not have been happier, our stay far exceeded our expectations. We even got free charging and parking for our electric car! Delightful room, excellent pool and spa area all spotlessly clean. Very comprehensive breakfast buffet. Very attentive and polite staff. We will return at some point.

Great hotel. Nice, clean rooms. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Very nice ambience of the whole hotel and friendly staff. Bike rentals were easy and fairly cheap. Parking wasn't a problem, a lot of free spots, you can access a lot of things by bike so we didn't even need the car during the trip.

Breakfast is okay, Location is relaxable, Venice is easy to catch.

Water is little muddy
