Location nice, general state of building etc in good condition

Wifi was broken when I arrive and they did not know when it could be fixed. I was not advised of the problem in advance, but rather only when I asked at the reception after checking in. It ended up being fixed sometime in the evening. Again, I was not made aware, even though I specifically told them about my needs for work /wrote to them in advance, when I made the reservation!). Rooms have very poor soundproofing and was given room with a connecting door to neiguboors, although hotel not full. I could hear those neighboors as well as the ones from the other side, as the noises came from the bathroom. Also, people walking down the corridor, closing doors, dogs barking, etc. And the door kept shaking and making noises every time another doos got open/shut anywhere on the floor. Room was relatively clean and food was ok.

Rooms were as advertised. Not huge but totally reasonable. Clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and the breakfast was very good.

The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. Room was nice and modern and very clean.

The bar closed at 10 pm which was disappointing as not many local bars open. Whilst sat in the bar area talking with friends before going back to our rooms, we had to sit in the dark and a member of staff was quite rude about us being there. We got the impression that we were spoiling his TV watching time.

Location close to the beach and local town. Good access and parking. Clean and comfortable.

Staff were not very friendly. We had asked about grabbing some breakfast items just prior to the 7.30am start one morning as we had an early start but waiting staff got quite annoyed with us when we asked to take out just some cold croissants. Showers were broken and only ran cold on two mornings. I also got charged for parking at€8 per day in addition to the hotel costs even though the hotel website said it was included. Refused to serve another drink at 10.40pm on Sat night as decided to close bar.

It was clean and comfortable if a little basic

Room was small and the bathroom needed a bit updating The bar staff were rude the bar area itself wasn't very comfortable. In particular the night porter was extremely rude. The bar closed early for a hotel bar and he seemed very put out that we were gathering in that area for a drink. I think we interrupted his TV viewing

Rooms were nice and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day which was great. Staff were very friendly and happy to answer any questions.

Nothing really, considering the very good price.

Play area in the restaurant (although the child minder wasn't very attentive and didn't even notice it when our kids left the play area). Playground outside was a nice addition. The location was amazing. The curtains were very good at blocking out light and the rooms were very soundproof (even when there was loud music blaring outside we couldn't hear a thing). The beds were also comfy so we had a good night's sleep.The staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent.The free beach chairs and parasol are only a short walk away. Parking is tight but worked out well as they have additional spaces on the back. The Junior Park was only a short walk away. Our kids loved the rides, and the park was open till 23:30, which was great for tiring out the kids in the evening if they are on a late schedule.

There was black mould underneath the air conditioning. There were multiple dog poos in the play ground outside. There's no sign telling owners not to let their dog poo there. And it seems in Italy dog owners tend not to clean up dog poo after the act.The rooms were small. There was no lift (we stayed in the small white building rather than the main hotel building).

The location is near the beach (2 min of walk), loved the kids area inside the hotel (although it was small).

Very disappointed by variety of food- (modest choice for breakfast). I also expected more diverse choice for lunch and dinner. We had baked potatoes as a side dish at every single lunch and dinner during our stay (5 days).

Perfect breakfast, with good quality food, great and helpful staff, located in the city center. Second row hotel, just 5 mins walk from the beach.

2 adults with a baby, after the baby bed installed, the room became very small. Small door/window to the terrace, it was dark even with daylight. Also the shower was small, it not had depth, while it was wide enough.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my business trip and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating to my needs, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable and hassle-free as possible.We had a few problems with dates of stay but the hotel manager and all the staff helped us to resolve this issue ASAP. Thank you.The room I was provided with was spacious, clean, and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities such as a comfortable bed, a large flat-screen TV, and high-speed internet. The hotel’s location was ideal, allowing me to easily access all the places I needed to be for my business meetings.The breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was also amazing, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be coming back here the next time I am on a business trip.

The room was small and our young neighbors were sometimes noisy

The front desk staff were extremely kind. the breakfast was good and more than enough for parents and children. The bikes were nice and really helpful.

While the rooms were clean, there were squashed mosquitos in the walls. This was really weird.

The walls were beyond thin; you could hear everything in the rooms next to you. The beds were ok, but pillow was like not having one. For the price I could’ve stayed at a much nicer facility, just not close enough. I felt it was very overpriced for the off season.
