Marina Azzurra Resort

Both breakfast and dinner were amazing. The feel of the resort was nice and playful. It was a great experience to have our own little house. It felt like luxurious and care-free camping. Also the restaurant on the boat and the swimming pool were very nice.

Sometimes the pool gets too crowded. The toilets also smell. In addition, it would be nice to have some shelter for cars in the parking area because of the sharp sunlight.

Food was delicious.

The location was outside the vibe and far from the sea. Every time we had to go to the city/beach by car. It's not convenient. There is only 1 EV charger, I booked it for 8 a.m. to be ready to go to the beach after breakfast, but it was occupied, even though I agreed with the lady at the reception. I decided to take a taxi than. I got 2 options: 1st driver said wait 45 mins, 2nd said wait 30 mins... with 3 kids ready to go to the beach.There was a rain storm 1 night, next morning the entrance was flooded with water. All our shoes were wet, as you have to store your shoes outside in a box. Even in the bathroom there was water on the floor.I booked the hotel for 660 on booking.com, right after the booking confirmation, I received a note to pay extra 240 EUR, as 1 of my kids had fallen out of the booking. Since I the booking was non-ref, I asked for a downgrade to a lower level boat, nothing seemed possible, only that I pay more. We payed 440 EUR for 4 / night. I got a promotional e-mail that if I extend my stay, I have to pay 340 EUR only... Which comes to my original booking privce of 660 EUR. Neither booking.com, nor the hotel helped me, I am still chasing a refund or a payback of my 240 EUR.

Nice resort for those who want real vacation to refresh themselves entirely. Very calm and neat place even in the top season.

Perhaps the parking could be covered by asphalt rather than gravel.

Beautiful, big resort with a nice pool. You can play tennis, soccer, basketball and badminton. You can borrow the balls and rackets for free.You can rent a bike for 10 euros a day.The breakfast had everything you need. You can order it to your boat, however, we went on the restaurant boat for breakfast.On the boat is everything you need - cooking utilities, blow dryer

The boat is quite loud when there is wind. And when you shower or flush the toilet, it is really loud since there are special pipes.The pool was really cold.

The location is beautiful. Tranquil place next to the river and a short drive into town and the beach. Houseboats are very cute and comfortable. The views are really nice from the terrace. Breakfast is good. Enjoyed the cappuccino! And mosquito nets in the windows are very useful in summer time!

The houseboat furnishing was a bit outdated. The smell coming from the bathroom was very unpleasant and no way to open a window to ventilate it. Since is a houseboat and perhaps a a good to know is that there is a very loud noise that boat makes when the water is being emptied. Almost sounding like a thunder. It scared us a bit and perhaps the loudest place you can hear it is in one of the bedrooms (just don’t flush or do anything with water late at night).

This resort is awesome. As a family we had everything what we needed. We appreciated bike rental which we used for everyday trips into the ZOO, beaches and city.

Food was very good. Resort is very charming. Pool was nice and and warm.

The water pump in the boat houses make a lot of noise. Making it very difficult to use water after the baby go to sleep.

There are English speaking guests at the resort, please print the safety rules in English, not just German. The whole complex was just amazing! Perfect for family holiday. The houseboat is so cosy, it is also kept very clean.Staff were very friendly and professional. Food was delicious and big choice.Pool and playground was also great. I think we are coming back next year! ?

Nice accomodation perfect place to relax

The only big problem was the speed of the boats on the river, which caused excessive movements of the houseboat, but of course it's about people, some drive like idiots and some drive intelligently

New family adventure. Everything was really wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised that it truly is as described, it’s green everywhere! The kindness of the staffs, cleanliness, panorama, tranquility, and services offered make it a splendid place to relax. The boathouse is well divided and the terrace is super nice! Clean and wide pool, offered private beach access was not too crowded and around 5mins drive with safe parking areas.

Toilet flush sounds like it does in the plane but we got used to it.

The boat houses are very cleverly set out and this was perfect beach holiday for 2 adults & 2 children. The children loved the swimming pool and freedom/safety of the resort.

There was a problem with our booking and we had to pay a substantial additional amount to our stay which was not budgeted for. bookings.com needs review their booking system that children ages must be entered in order to confirm a booking, even though we had a booking for 2 adults 2 children, the price with the resort was incorrect because the ages were not specified.

It was away from all the crowd.The nature around.Boathouse modern and clean.Pool fantastic, not cold for kids, very nice.Air conditioning in the house was fantastic.

The area is sandy, everything is dirty, car, shoes, everything.The hours of breakfast and dinner 7-10 and 19-20:30. With a child not always comfortable. Not a big variety of food but it was tasty. (My son didn't eat almost anything).Drinks at dinner are pretty expensive. Even water 4€ 0,7l. (No tap water).You cannot make yourself coffee, dependent on waiters. So we got our drinks sometimes right before we left already. Dogs cost, i have 3 kg support dog (Yorkie) i had to pay 20€ per day so it was 120€ for us. I could already leave her with a dogsitter. And not allowed at pool/restaurant. They gave us the last boathouse (even if we nicely asked one closer, because it was my husbands birthday and a small child) so we always had to drive with our car to the pool, restaurant, reception etc. Because the distance is about 500-700m one way. With a child and in the heat 35° was not funny at all. No shaded spots for cars, everything is boiling hot in the car. Kids playground is so far you can barely find it with the car and no one is playing there. Also important to remember, the boathouses toilet is like an airplane toilet. Very very loud noice, water also very loud and the hose are right where children room is, so if child sleeps it might scar them A LOT. Be ready to go to the WC and use the water before kids go to sleep. Very uncomfortable! Especially, for boathouses in the garden that could be connected normally and not like a boat

Property is really nice. Boat houses are charming, spacious and offer beautiful experience. Keep in mind that boat house moves when other boats pass and the plumbing is really loud.

Compraing to other stays dog prices are too high for small dogs and you don’t get anything for them for this price.

Very nice place to stay with kids. It's very calm and not overcrowded. There was always a place near the swimming pool. The food was good. The breakfast with always the same choice, but there is a lot to chose from. For dinner there were always fish, meat, side dish, three types of pasta, many starters...it was always good. The stuff is very friendly, speaks generally Italian, German and English. The houseboat is comfortable, equiped with everything necessary. When we went to the beach we always had the places booked in the 1st raw, which was great.

The curtains could cover a little bit more the windows, so there is less light in the morning. It's true that the evacuation of water was noisy but we get used to it.
