Pros +
- Very pet friendly, very friendly owner, comfortable rooms, decent breakfast, very good location. Will definately return!!
- The location of the hotel is great.
- Very kind employees. Good breakfast. Excellent location.
Cons -
- The room was not really comfortable, it was noisy during the night (Interspar is next to the hotel but there is free car parking) and hard to sleep. In addition, even if there is an air conditional, the room is very hot, aeration is very bad.
- The room floor was dusty, and wasn't swept even once during my 5 nights stay. The bathroom is way too small, especially the shower box.
- Old-fashioned furniture, no elevator. Lug suitcases and our dog upstairs was quite incomfortable.

Very nice hotel in the middle of Lignano but in very calm part also. Near both to the beach and city centre, shop Eurospar in neighbourhood. Room small, but sufficient. Every day cleaning in rooms, exchange of towels. Personal very kind and helpful. Nothing is problem. Fine breakfast with very good coffee. Thank you and see you soon ❤️
Nice location, close to the promenade.

Best location, near many shops and city center
