Our stay was wonderful. The host is very kind. Breakfast is amazing and full of options. I had the chance to go to the sauna, that was a wonderfully relaxing moment.

I spent few days there with my son for the New Years Eve. The fireworks were just in front of our room, so that was noisy until 1am... and I just wanted to sleep. But if you go with friends or as a couple I guess that's a huge plus. Otherwise everything was great!

Great breakfast; clean and comfortable beds, sofa, table. Location was great and Manuela was super helpful in getting us situated. Would love to stay there again if it's available.

Sliding bathroom door could be a bit more secure/private.

It’s very clean. The family apartment size is big and homie. It has very nice view of the mountain from the balcony. The breakfast are very good and the host is very kind.

Unfortunately there’s no parking place, but there’s public parking nearby (5-7 mins walk).

Loved Everything, the location was perfect, the rooms are big and clean and had amazing mountains view. Emanuela the host is the sweetest, very welcoming and knowledgeable and helpful, and ofcourse Semi the most adorable parrot made us laugh and was such a wonderful addition!

Warm and friendly welcome. The studio we had was tastefully decorated had a terrific view, and all the amenities you may need for a stay. Manuela, the manager, is very knowledgeable about the area and its sights and was very helpful in organizing our stay. Fantastic breakfast. The boss has a very nice ringtone.

The rooms are freshly renovated, and the location is perfect, offering simply astonishing mountain views. The breakfast is amazing, and the host, Manuela, is truly exceptional. She makes it her personal mission to ensure every visitor's stay is unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this wonderful place.

It was an excellent and clean hotel, with a delightful bird in the lobby! The host had a lot of location suggestions for us.

Bedroom had some problems and was not heating, I need to touch my hand on the thermostat and then everything started to work and in the middle of thr night room was warm enough

We stayed at Dala Hotel last weekend. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, and the location is excellent, very close to the main attractions in Leukerbad. The breakfast is very good. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Noisy room , rude manner, really a shame of Switzerland

This is a family owned business, however, this family are unbelievably rude and racist.1. We were located over a machine room, loud noise over night; it sounds a heating machine or a pump was always running. When we reflected this noise problem to the hostess, she abruptly decline:" Not possible." Although she reckoned there was a heating machine downstairs under our room, she declined it can be heard. Anyway, both my daughter and myself were badly annoyed by the sound, and did not sleep well.2. A old lady in the buffet, later we got to know she is the hostess's mom, coldly commanded us not to take the table next to the window, because that was prepared for 4 persons. Obviously, she could take away the extra cutleries, even if she did not want to bother, she should have wear a nice manner.3. The most unacceptable things happened when we checked out. Instead of an apology, the hostess put on a harsh attitude, asking if we turned the heater to the maximum, which might be the reason of noise. Instead turning to the maximum, I actually turned the heater lower, because it was uncomfortably warm. Even if we turned to the maximum, I do not think noise is reasonable. I can see she was trying to shift responsibilities. We did not have intention to claim refund or compensation, but I am afraid she was worried we would raise up a claim, so she tried to find flaw from us. She blamed that we should not have left a rubbish bag in the corridor, but put it on the balcony; she received complaint from other guests about her laziness- not to collect trash. She blamed me to make her guilty to be lazy. I believe she had sound reason to feel guilty- never lived in a hotel where will not be attended after 6:00pm, no cleaner, no receptionist, and never lived in a hotel where rubbish should be left on a balcony. She even gave us a lecture:" We do not do so in Switzerland.

Amazing staff, very clean and the location was very convenient. The attitude was excellent. Really cozy hotel and tasty breakfast. The Mountain View was perfect.

Minor issue: Wifi is low bandwidth (nothing to worry on vacation, but we had a few “home office” requirements).

Good situation. Nice equipment, well maintained and clean. Big balcony with view to the mountains. The personnel is very friendly and professional. We are very happy to have chosen this hotel.
