Traditional Swiss family hotel, with great breakfast and nice hosts. They speak both German and French and answered all my question about the village and the available activities. The rooms are clean and quiet.

the single room i had is big and clean and has a balcony (the view is to the forest); Hotel had excellent wifi, good breakfast ; location is near the Torrent skilift and has its own funicular which goes to the ski lift and to "Promenade" street . Otherwise you have to hike a bit :)The lady from the reception is awesome- she is so helpful and polite , i believe you wont gonna find someone like her in the area :)They have an amazing spa zone (roman style) with dry and wet sauna, jacuzzi, nice resting area

Lovely hotel on a quiet side street of Leukerbad, just a short walk away from the village center and the main attractions. Rooms are a good size and the views from the room were stunning. Breakfast was generous with a wide selection. We stayed for a bike weekend and it was ideal for that. Property offers parking as well as secure bike storage on site.

Nothing to complain about. If you are looking for a brand new and modern designer hotel this probably not it. For everything else it does just fine.

Exceptionally clean, very welcoming, every room gets a balcony. Breakfast is small but tasty and fresh.

The service was excellent, she’s so kind to welcoming us during our stay. Although the hotel is quite old but it’s very clean and comfortable. The breakfast quality is also good. The view from balcony also breathtaking.

everything about the place is great! they both speak french and german plus English. they are perfectly located and the view that they provide us is really cute! the staff is really nice and friendly and the breakfast is really good. the sauna is great and so comfortable even tho you need to go all naked (you get used to it!). they have everything you need to have a nice stay :)

Very friendly welcome and good explanation about the village. Cleanliness of the room. During the ski season, it will be a 50 m. walk to the Torrent Bahn once out of the Alex Hotel's private lift.

Hotel needs a proper refurbishment - I know that it is not so easy to finance such refurbishments during these Covid times, but hotel furniture, breakfast area, reception etc desperately need a good refurbishment.

The room was not sound-proof. Our neighbors became very noisy at around 2 a.m., so we had a very poor night
