Pros +
- The staff was so helpful from the minute I walk thru the door to check in to the moment i left.
- The amazing spa and pool
Cons -
- The only reason for the 9 was because the gondola i used was on the other side of town 10 minute walk and a lot of the night life was over there to! It was quite at night for sleeping which is a big plus!!!
- Dinner at the restaurant was actually quite disappointing. The service was not up to par with what one would expect and the food was underwhelming. Very disappointing as the rest of the hotel was magnificent
