Hotel de la Croix-Fédérale

The room itself was fantastic! We got the top floor able to sleep 4 and the views are absolutely stunning out of the very uniquely shaped windows and roof. The rustic look and authentic touches made the room one of a kind.

Check in was a chore. We had to hunt down someone who could help. However, it was a unique experience checking in at a restaurant kitchen

Such a cute hotel in an amazing location, downtown just a couple of steps away from restaurants and shops. The hotel has been remodeled and it has such cute touches. We loved staying here.

If you are taller then 1,90 cm watch out for your head. Parking not close to the hotel and limited space

The rooms were nice and clean, but very small (for 4 people).

We were unfortunately not well received and did not feel welcome. The breakfast also did not meet our expectations: a wide selection of food, but cold eggs, stale bread. The hotel in itself is very nice, but it is very unfortunate that the manager is neither polite nor interested in the guests :-(

The hotel is very good situated, I liked the decoration, very cozy and spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet was also super nice. The restaurant is also very Beautiful and the food was good.

The Reception service was not so good, I found the person in charge of the check in a bit too serious and not welcoming at all.

The hotel is in the centre of Leukerbad. You can move on foot around the area. The staff was polite . The room was clean and comfortable. The pizzeria and the breakfast were tasty and fresh. Keep up the good work

The photos looked soo good but reality was very different! Room was not as booked - we booked 2 delux rooms 27 m2 with couch for an extra child and instead one of the rooms was so small were we could hardly move. there was no couch but they put an extra bed that we were supposed to reach by using a removable ladder in put in front of the bed that was very unsafe and not stable.When we discussed the problem with the owner, he replied that if we did not like the room we could go somewhere else !! Not something you want to hear if you arrive to a ski resort as a group of 6 and is the busiest week of the year between Chrismas and New Year.Luckily Booking.com Customer Service provided an excellent support and helped us to get a partial compensation. I had to ask for the linens for the extra bed about 4 times and we finally received them at 22:00 Rooms are not insulated, we could hear the couple in the room next door as if they were in our room.The restaurant was also terrible: poor and slow service - wrong food was served and we waited for 1h45m for my daugher's dish! Fondue came with dry bread cut in different shapes, clearly taken from leftovers! Do not recommend

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the decor as it felt like a chalet in the mountains. Very clean room and beautiful views. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning.

They didn’t tell us you couldn’t drink the water and it was very expensive to buy bottled water at the hotel. We only found this out when dining at the resturant. Also we could easily hear the people in the room that was above us. (Not the rooms next door).

The hotel is very stylish, owner and staff are very nice and helpful. We were a family of 15 people over Christmas and loved it. This is my second time and I am sure not the last.

Wifi didnt work at the time. Small room for 180 chf per night. No cabinet for the clothes. No discounts for thermal spa as another hotels provide.

The room is nice

Owner and staff very unprofessional and arrogant. The owner charge is for the parking 12 CHF even tough in booking is written 10 CHF (for one day). No gluten free options in the breakfast even tough I requested that in advance and they wrote me back an email that they could fulfill my request.

The location was perfect to visit the Leukerbad Thermal baths which were wonderful. The breakfast was superb with many different choices.

Some water glasses in our room would have been welcome.

The hôtel is well located and the room was very nice.. each room are unique and the bathroom looks like a small chalet. We got upgraded to à bigger room, which is really Nice and there's parking space available.

No air con it was very hot. I don’t do well in heat so might be ok for others. No iron
