Great location and guest card for thermal pools was added benefit. Great breakfast.

It was very clean, very central and convenient location, and loved the pass to the Leukerbad Therme.

A very friendly family run hotel conveniently located next to the bus station and main shops as well as the Thermal baths. A good breakfast and great coffee.

Hallway smelled like smoke- very dark hallways and hard to find light switch in such a dark hallway, and terrible road work right under my window

The location was excellent, just across the street from the bus station. Desk to work from, with good internet. Very good breakfast. Restaurant was a good value and good food. Most of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Single room was not luxurious, but very functional and exactly what I needed.

I always hope for a bath, but the bathroom was well appointed.

Location is perfect, room was simple but comfortable and clean. The free access to the thermal baths was a huge bonus and really lovely to use after a long hike. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was plenty.

Uncomfortable bed this time but previously when I stayed here the bed was fine.Road works outside the hotel but that's not their fault.

During the stay we can visit Leukerbad Therme so many times and so long we want in free of charge. It is included in Hotel Price. Even the last day we can visit there after the check out.The restaurant in Hotel is very good quality (of course the price is also not very low)

The view from room was not so nice even from Balcony, and the room itself is small. and no refrigerator in a room.But when I think for the Entrance on Therme included, the room price is fair.

Close to everything but at the same time it can be noisy by people in the street. Entrance to Leukerbad therme was included.Excellent coffee.

English speaking personnel not always available, but tourist office is right opposite the hotel for information.

Breakfast was abundant, dinner absolutedly excellent at a reasonable price, christmas and new years dinners very well done, there was a excellently placed garage, below to MIGRO o and very close to Leukerbad Thermes bath ( so you can keep your ski equipment in the car and and also your shopping. Leukerbad Thermes included in hotel prices and has a nice warm temperature which other baths do not (other Thermes are much colder because they cool down the thermal water) . And last not least: very nice hotel support for daily corona testing, the testing center is situated just on the other side of the road, so testing took less than 5 min. excellent

The light in the garage switches off and then you are in the dark: must have, a lamp in your pocket.

Very good location, just two minutes walk to Leukerbad Therme, one-day-ticket included. The room is clean and quiet. The restaurant downstairs offers also delicious food with reasonable price.

The hotel offers a carplace (10 Frcs.) and a free entry into the biggest hot spring resort in place, which is ideal for families. It is very central to all pleasures of Leukerbad. The rooms are light and friendly, and above all the kitchen is one of the best in place.

Very generous sized single room with a modern, clean bathroom. Great location and good value, especially with the Leukerbad Spa Access included.

I don't like the tiny sachets of shower gel, would prefer to have a bottle on the wall in the shower or else something a little more. but that is the only thing. Otherwise very very nice.

5 minutes to hot spring + free entry. Great food. Perfect.

The location, the staff and the food are excellent!

The themes were not available due to COVID. Next time we will hopefully use them.
