The thermal pools were amazing and it was an easy walk to restaurants

The breakfast options seemed limited.

The meals were very good, the staff were very nice

They would be nice if they put a capsule cofee mashine in the room, the water in the pools could be hotter

The very best was the freshly squeezed orang juice in the morning that one can make right there. It was great to have the pool right in the hotel and the bed was very comfortable. The loctation in Leukerbad is perfect: great views, easy to drive to and everything in town is accessble by walking.

It shows, that this property has been around for a while: the windows in the dining room are so poorly insulated, that it was too cold so sit at tables near the windows (it was only fall!?), several water jets in the pool were either out of order or malfunctioning and the the wood on the balconies was torn up and aching for some TLC.The outdoor pool was leaking and inoperable during our stay. The fact itself wouldn't be so bad, but the communication about it was poorly managed: there was no alternative to visit an outdoor pool provided and the timing for the repair was dragging out throughout our whole stay.

Clean and relatively close to everything. The room had a great view of the mountain.

The pools are relatively cold. There isn’t even at least one hot pool. Not very relaxing with all the kids jumping in the pool.

Excellent outdoor and indoor pools and jacuzzis, which our kids thoroughly enjoyed. Spacious rooms with beds larger than king-size. The sofa bed comfortably accommodated two children, which was very convenient. Walkable distance to the public thermal bath too.

The breakfast selection was standard and could benefit from a wider variety of hot dishes.

Most of the staff were outstandingly polite and professional. The spa is lovely and the mountain views are awesome. I really liked the pools. The restaurant is of high quality. Kettle in the room is a plus.

Both minor: could switch the sauna on before it opens because it takes 90 min to get to full temperature. Maybe a water dispenser in the sauna area? Lastly, though it might not get used much, a rack of dumbells and a bench in the fitness room?

Comfortable bed, nuce and spacious room, nice breakfast, amazings SPA with a view.

The way doors opened in the room and bloced way to the bed and closet was uncomfortable.Bathroom was a bit too cosy. :)

I liked the hotel overall. The dinners were delicious! Breakfast could use some more diversity - each day the same elements and not so much to choose from. External hot pool and saunas were great! I would like them to have longer opening hours.

One person of the staff was extremely rude and his behaviour was totally unacceptable. When I pointed that out he became aggressive and even more abnoxious. This is a pitty that one person can ruin the opinion of the whole Hotel. The other staff members were very pleasent, kind and helpful.

Breakfast was about average, but waiters poorly trained, sauna and steam room hours are short

Room of a good size, clean, very comfy beds, tasty breakfast, location outside of the city center but still convenient

There is not much to dislike but I think it will be nice to put a small bottle of water in the rooms as a welcome gift and pay attention to details, like a bit more hospitality, map of the location, water distributors close to spa and sauna facilities, few more sunbeds as all were occupied etc. In our room most of toiletries were used by previous guests, so it will be also nice to refill them etc. These are all minor things but they can make a difference

The whole experience was outstanding, Leukerbad is a piece from heaven, the friendly people, the food, also the bus dropped us in-front of the hotel which made things easier.. all made this trip a non forgettable experience, we will definitely recommend it and will come back again in the future.Special thanks should go out to the hotel staff:-Jonathan-Silvador -Amro -Kevin- Camilla They were very warm & welcoming and they made it feel like home.

The Bed is very comfortable, breakfast buffet has a lot of choices and were very delicous. The thermal pool was heaven, and location to other restaurants around are neat. Receptionist are friendly. My son and i really loved the stay and will be back next year because we were very relaxed.

The kitchen did not work after 9 pm and the staff not really supportive for ad hoc dinner requests. There is potential for improvement

Breakfast was great. The hotel is very close to ski-piste. Close to the city center of Leukerbad for dinner in restaurant es. I enjoyed a nice cozy Family holiday.
