Hotel Quellenhof Leukerbad

Excellent breakfast, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Bonus with discounted tickets available directly from the hotel for the gondola and spas. Amazing stay, highly recommend this place

Bed was super soft (not everyone’s preference) and I was hot often (early Sept stay) with the thick comforter, hard to get a comfy temp even with the window open.

Stayed one night during a hiking trip, staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

The silence of the location, the view of the mountain, the sound of the river and the cows,The staff were very kind and they put our key outside cause we arrived very late

The breakfast was good but could be better, like adding more sweets, and they can put refrigarator in the rooms,

Nice hotel with chalet vibe. Clean room, with balcony, convenient location in front of Alpentherme. Hotel also provides tickets to enter thermes at reduced price. Restaurant is very nice with quality food and good service.

Mattress was very soft for me, room was over heated, I needed to open window during night.

The hotel was beautiful and the view from my balcony was stunning! The bed was so soft and comfortable. I got discounted tickets to the thermal baths and cable car at the front desk.

I wish breakfast would have started earlier, I skipped it so I could catch the first cable car. There is a parking garage across the street but I would be nice if you didn't have to pay extra for it.

Everything was good

I liked the friendlyness of the staff and the breakfast a lot. I had a great view from my window to the mountains. The Alpentherme is very close that was very comfortable for me.

Comfy beds. Good location with a nice view. Importantly - there was a playroom for young children! This should be a filter option at booking.com!

Very comfortable bed and a great view to the mountains from the balcony. Breakfast was very good. The stuff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. The hotel had a great offer for the Gemmi cable car day pass and the Leukerbad Therme. Location is good for the Torrent cable car and a 15 min walk from the Gemmi cable car, and 10-15 min from the bus station and supermarket. Overall very happy with my stay.

Had to pay extra 10 CHF for a bathrobe and second towel for a visit to a therme/spa. The room was extremely hot even without the main heating on (perhaps came from central bathroom heating) and had to keep the balcony door open all night to be able to sleep.

Lovely hotel, staff where really kind and nothing was a problem for them, location was good and the rooms where great.

There wasn’t any facilities in the room to make a drink, the views from the balcony was amazing so it would have been nice to make a drink and sit out.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, good breakfast, location! Management was helpful in changing one of our rooms from a single to a double.

Great location, hotel is friendly, accommodating, bright and clean. The suite was roomy so I could invite my family and friends for apéritif!

Furniture in the suite could be updated a bit.
