Close enough to Lake Bled and very helpful staff. Comfortable bed.

The location next to the highway makes it a bit noisy.

Near to the highway and free parking

a little outdated rooms and uncomfortable pillows. The third bed in the room is important as well but almost every hotel charges the same amount per person but doesn’t give one the same comfort. Is it so expensive to get a mattress for the third bed ? This is not only here I repeat is a general problem.

Good as a stopover hotel

When guests line up to the breakfast self-service, there is a crowd in front of the coffee machine. The coffee machine should be moved.

Big room, comfortable, and good bed

Noise all the night, other guests drinking and talking all night in the corridor. Really disappointing about that.

The A/C is poor hardly felt. The shower should have a proper cubicle not a silly curtain , water spreads everywhere on showering. The furniture needs a change as its days are over.

The room was big, the breakfast was good and included. There are a lot of shops near the hotel. Free parking.

Convenient location for an overnight stay,close to the motorway and lake Bled. There is a free parking and shops close by. Basic hotel, but clean and comfortable, good breakfast.

There was unpleasant smell in the room.

Carpets and doors seem run down.

Close to Castle Bled and just off the main road, which is useful if you're on the go. Close to a shopping centre, pizzeria (lovely staff, nice enough food). Digital, straight forward check in system.

Outdated and with no basic room facilities like: kettle, coffee machine, mini fridge. Poor quality shower curtain and additional beds (4 people room) were not the best (reminded me of camping beds).Underground parking not very well signposted and for a while we weren't even sure if it was actually a hotel car park?

Reception and food

The shower area only uses a curtain, water comes out all over the toilet floor, the drain needs to be fixed as well. They allow guests to bring their animals such as dog (large dog) inside the restaurant which should be prohibited. Bad smell along the 1st floor corridor where I stayed. Finally, the liquid soap in the bathroom had a bad smell and I did not use it during my stay.

Location it was near some restaurants, there was a bus stop kinda near. Staff was nice.

Room looked dirty, the shower curtain had mold, it had a weird smell. Overall the place was not clean and on pictures the view was to the mountains. In our room view was toward street, overpriced for what the place looks like.

Nothing but this was the only place near lake Bled at a premium price but far from premium facilities. It’s like a hostel.

The most disgusting place we have stayed at so far during our European road trip: old stinky stained carpet tiles from 1950s, room smell of cigarettes,no working air con made it unbearable to sleep in; mouldy shower curtains, Tesco smart price yoghurt for breakfast. Self check in at night was also not smooth, bit worrying.Lake bled is 3km away, so not walking distance.

Not a good place

They treated us in a disrespectful way We had no AC and they didn’t care or do anything to refund us even though we payed extra to have an AC after we wanted to talk to the manger (floran) and he was no help and treated us disgusting absolutely terrible experience they also lied about the room being sound proof and then when we spoke a little at around nine the worker in the hotel came and knocked very loud and told us to be quiet here don’t advise anyone that wants a good place to go here

Whoever takes care of the lobby plants does a good job.If the prices were more adapted to the standard of the hotel, I would say it would suit student groups since there are loads of shops around and a McDonald's.

After 7.30 am you can forget about sleep. The cleaners start banging doors and shouting to one another down the hallways. Everything in the room was slightly broken or stained and far from clean. Dust covered everything, food crumbs under the bed, mould in the bathroom, and about 4 different hair colours could be identified on the bed sheet. The whole atmosphere was of a roadside motel to rent by the hour. And for that, I think it is overpriced.
