Pros +
- The staff is nice, the room well decorated although the bathroom a bit old, can be better for a 4*. It would be helpful to have a iron and iron board on request in the room instead of having to go to the ironing room with your clothes, not very practical or great in a 4*. The location is great and with view on the mountain, great restaurant as well - the homemade dessert buffet is great.
- Our room was upgraded with a view on the ski slopes.Everything was fine and cosy.
- The front desk staff was very friendly, the room clean with beautiful view, yummy breakfast Every was perfect. Thank you ?
Cons -
- The breakfast was chaotic.. no organization no host to guide to a table, worst, the breakfast options were quite limited for a 4*, no warm dishes (scrambled egg or bacon), only boiled egg, charcuterie board, some pastries, bread, most of the platters were empty and we had to request for refill to staff when it was at 9 (breakfast ends at 10am), tables were not cleared.. In all the breakfast was quite disappointing for a 4* it resemble more like a breakfast of a 2* . The staff of the restaurant is good but can be lacking, we had to request for bread with our meal 3 times, before they brought it over we were half way through the dinner, and same with coffee.
- We had to leave the room at 10am.
- The breakfast no way fabulous as projected. Very few items and mostly with sweet tests. Being a vegetarian I would have loved to have salad, cucumber and something warm (for ex. Rosti). The natur yogurt was over soon too.

Perfect breakfast, silence and great location to the ski lifts
Excellent pool, room, spa, Hamam and sittings.

The location was perfect , close to the lift and central to the village. The cosy bar was a really nice place to relax at any time of the day.The decor was warm and welcoming. Quality of the food at breakfast and in the restaurants was excellent. Bedroom has really good storage and the bed was really comfortable. All staff were really polite and helpful. The pigeon hole to leave the room key (and the little steps)!
Having to pay extra for certain items at breakfast. Toiletries in the room were a little bit disappointing for a spa hotel. The ski room was a bit cramped if there were several ppl putting their boots etc on.
Kind staff, great breakfast and great location just by the slopes. Thanks for having us to stay see you next time
Perfect location, great breakfast, helpful staff, spacious room, lots of facilities. It was great to be able to store our luggage before check in and have access to the changing room so we could ski as soon as we arrived!
The jacuzzi was a little cold
Best thing for us was the location, across the road access to multiple lifts. Great ski hire options right next door too. The boot room set up was fab. Also the reception sorted our lift passes really quickly for us which was v convienent. The were also able to grant us a late check out on our last day without an extra fee - this was so valuable for us. Parking also provided for a reasonable fee. We stayed in a sweet and it was enormous, bigger than I expected.
Pool was too cold for me, kids ok for a short time.
Great location close to the slopes and main lifts. Staff were very helpful, you could chat with them at the front desk or over WhatsApp. Hotel remained really clean throughout the stay. Breakfast had lots of great options. Especially liked the small touches like giving everyone a pair of sliders that you can wear to the spa, or boot room.
Bed's were a little on the hard side. Accessing the spa is a bit tricky as you have to walk through the garage and then get a lift, and jaccuzi is quite cold in the spa. This is me being picky because the spa is great, just something to note!
Lovely breakfast and homely bar plus great connections directly to several restaurants
Pleasant
Breakfast hygiene: At the breakfast buffet people touched the bread by hand, even there was a towell for the bread.Even a person from the kitchen itself did it. That is bad example and hychienique in times of flue!!
Great location by the ski lift and town centre. Bed was very comfy and the hotel lounge is gorgeous with squashy sofas and open fire
The pool and jacuzzi were cold and not enough hot water in room for a bath or shower after skiing
Lovely room, beautiful views, amazing location and proximity to the lift. Accessible ski locker area.
The food at the restaurant was not great and the pool temperature was too cold.
Location and staff
Swimming pool and Jacuzzi were cold
Fantastic location , room was beautiful , lounge area and bar was great at the end of a ski day
The location by the slopes. Overall very comfortable and convenient
The external carpark. When it snows it gets hard to get in or out.
Great location. clean. warm. quiet.
very nice hotel with everything you need for a good winter break. friendly staff, nice cosy bar, great spa
hard to pick anything. it is in very central location and therefore noise from the street and the ski runs can be a bit too much.
The location is good
Shower had no pressure and the temperature was too cold, we had to resort to going to the basement in the building across the road to shower. The bar was not prioritised for hotel guests and we could never guarantee a space for a drink, albeit when we did, they were extortionate.
