Pros +
- Excellent location, Great facilities and very clean.
- Clean, excellent breakfast, hospitality
- Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Fantastic choices for breakfast and great quality food. Good location.
Cons -
- The plunge pool in the spa was at one time a jacuzzi and it would be great to have it repaired as this would enhance the experience
- The towels were very poor quality, i know that seems a small thing but we paid a lot of money for the room over Euros300 per night and i felt the luxury element was a bit lacking. No water was provided in the rooms which is remiss, although they did provide tea and coffee. I thought the hotel was not as luxury as we were expecting for the price we paid. Decor was a bit old fashioned in the bar and restaurant and the feather lights were pretty awful. I expect the decor is traditional for the area but we have stayed at more stylish places previously.
- Nothing, we had a wonderful holiday.

Excellent rooms and a great welcome. The hotel seems to cater mainly for Uk ski groups in winter and the staff were very helpful

The staff were amazing .. Vicky was so friendly helpful and cheerful... nothing was too much trouble ☺️ We met the Owner also, very down to earth and approachable... gave lots of advice on things to do and places to goOur transfers were organised by the hotel and the drivers were just as friendly... Feels very family orientated and like a home from home. Loved the quirkiness of the hotel...rooms were spotless. A very enjoyable stay for our 1st trip skiing. Thank you Chamois D'or x
Breakfast was okay, catered for gluten free with some bread but sadly no cakes or pastries. Liked having tea and coffee in the room. The location was superb, we already know the resort and picked this hotel for that reason. The English lady on the desk was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is quite well decoarted, the bar is warm and welcioming. The women at the welcome desk were always very helpful and we felt right at home. They were so lovely throughout the stay that when we left that we felt like we were saying goodbye to friends.
Everything was great - from location to personnel. Everyone was super kind and polite. Really nice vibes at the bar/hall. Amazing restaurant.
The location was just brilliant to walk to the Chavannes lift and with access to the ski locker underneath the lift made getting ready to ski and coming off the slopes a breeze.
Nothing, we had a wonderful holiday.
Friendly helpful staff with recommendations that made our holiday, shout out to Colin our transfer driver and Sam on the bar for this especially! The hotel itself is lovely and well located in Les Gets.
Friendliest people ever. Location.CleanlinessFood
Great location, easy wander into town and to the slopes. The most friendly team of staff, couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast was brilliant quality and the meal with Duncan Green was our favourite in the resort.
Staff excellent / very chilled vibe in the hotel / shower hot and powerful / good location / breakfast excellent
Bed was poor / not enough storage space in the room / expensive for Spa usage €10 each for one hour is too much
Really nice people running the hotel. The food wasn’t cheap but they made a real effort
Room could have been a bit bigger and a bath would have been nice
We had been let down by accommodation already booked and we desperately needed somewhere to stay. The fabulous Vicky on reception went above and beyond to ensure we had accommodation. Hotel is very comfortable cosy clean and breakfast was delicious
It was very cosy, owner and staff were very friendly. Very welcoming place. Felt at home. Would come again next year.
Everything was close and set up perfectly for a great skiing trip. Loved the spa as well.
Great staff, lovely decor and good location
