Ah, a spa was just perfect for our family, the swimming pool was cold, so nice to have a hot jacuzzi next to it. Quite a big apartment for the relatively reasonable price. 2 bathrooms are essential

The WiFi is not free. You really need to clean it after using it, but you can also pay a cleaning fee. Rooms have only a ceiling window, which is not convenient when it is raining. No aircon.

Location was excellent. Having a ground floor with a mini courtyard was great! Lots of parking available but extra $$.

Phone and internet coverage was terrible in the building. You had to go outside to get data. Otherwise you can pay to use their internet but its very expensive. Kitchen sink products & cleaning supplies were only provided with an additional fee. And the expectation to clean the unit yourself without a good range of cleaning products left me feeling like we had arrived to a poorly cleaned unit. You can pay extra for a clean, but the people before us clearly didn't and left dishes in the dishwasher, some of which hadn't cleaned properly. Who knows if the toilets were cleaned properly!!! And parking is also an additional fee that is expensive. If you're in town on a busy season you have no choice as free street parking is impossible.

Nice short transfer from Geneva. Good food and reasonably priced.

Property would not rate as 4 stars in my view. Pictures are not true to space in apartment, definitely not suitable for 6 persons as described, far to many pieces of unnecessary furniture in kitchen/ dining area. Bunk beds off main hall, no overhead light, had to climb into the bed to turn light on only suitable for children. We had to hover dog hairs off main bedroom floor on arrival, room very small, bed against the wall, linen was included in price but 1 bath towel each for the 8 days. No one at reception when we arrived even though we were told we could get keys. We paid for end stay cleaning but still had to strip beds, drop linen to reception and told to leave kitchen clean, so job half done for cleaners

Have stayed here several times. Hasn’t been updated in years but it’s clean and functional. Beds comfortable, warm and location excellent.

Get some WIFI!!! In 2024 to not have good wifi is terrible. Have to bring sheets down on last day, clean the apartment and pay a cleaning fee for them to do a deep clean. Sauna and steam room not working on last few days.

Really needs updated. Rooms are tired and a bit grimy. Needs much better WiFi which in 2024 should be free.

On arrival to find our bed linen and towels in plastic bag we had to make up the bed and the apartment on arrival no cleaning products not even soap in the apartment it was very very basic Sauna not working in the property and hasn’t been for some time

Great location, pools and jacuzzi we're available and used. Living accommodation was nice.

We had been given an earlier check-in from 1-2pm we arrived at 1.15 and no body was there. As if they just didn't bother to meet us.We had to leave our luggage in the reception area and return at 5pm.The bedrooms are very small.

The top floor apartment had very low ceilings. For example in the bathrooms you had to sit down to have a shower and the bedrooms had several bits of angled roof protruding that got in the way. The overall layout was very odd, with strange shaped impractical rooms.The biggest issue was the two massive building sites right next door that we had no warning about before arriving. Hugh basement excavations with rebar been placed and concrete poured from 6am on several mornings.

Amazing, great staff and great place. Definitely coming again, Julian is a great guy very helpful and his English skills are so good which is helpful as I am from UK. Thanks so much for a great stay, excellent bike storage also.

excellent location with a pool that gets the sun all day. plenty room in the garage for building bikes.

I did not liked this residence.

The residence and the room is old, the room we had was at 0 floor ( quite noisy), withouth ligth,; small space for rangements; personnel withouth any motivation to help; a sad room and kitchen: defnitivelly not your montain dream. I would not come back.

We have been staying latest 5 Years in Lagrange, always happy with the staff , the flat, amenities and location

We don't understand why wifi is not free like it is in several places of this kind. To book Sauna and Hamman should be easier.

Excellent value for money, good location although is a little walk away from the slope. Lovely clean rooms. Swimming pool/Jacuzzi area is modern and clean

We arrived late at night and there was no one in reception and no clear instructions on what to do. We saw someone walking inside so quickly followed them in to reception. Once in reception there was no instructions on where the room keys were, and no message sent to me on email or by phone. After an hour in reception, we stumbled across a small notice on the notice board explaining how to get our keys out of hours. My suggestion is that you put this sign either on the outside door or as a notice on reception and that you contact late arrivals to let them know the procedure - not a great start to what was a lovely holiday

It felt quite dated - a lot of the apartment felt tired, we had to make our own beds when we arrived and also had to pay for WiFi. In general it was ok but perhaps not quite to the standard I would expect for a 4-star property

Great location, a 5 min walk to the ski slopes. We hired and left our ski gear at intersport opposite the ski lift each day. Spotlessly clean and very quiet despite being fully booked for February half term.

The location of the place is great and close to the center, they have a wide availability of underground parking and the place is good value for money. The small kitchen is functional

The place needs a renewal, there's a pungent smell all over, I couldn't identify what is it, but it's not pleasant although you get used to it after 10 minutes. Also some stain marks on the wall paint.
