    Pros +

    • The location, the spa, the outdoor swimming pool, the breakfast, the dinner, the staff friendly and welcoming attitude.
    • My 17-year-old daughter and I recently stayed at Hotel Labrador in Les Gets, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Nicolas and his amazing team made us feel incredibly welcome — warm, charming, and always accommodating. The hotel is a perfect blend of cosy chalet style and modern comfort. Our room on the second floor had a beautiful view, was very comfortable, and featured a great shower and modern bathroom. The Sunday brunch was a real highlight — generous, fresh, and beautifully presented. Breakfast was also excellent, with a large and varied selection of fresh products that we both enjoyed. We especially loved the outdoor pool and relaxation area — stunning and peaceful, perfect.A sincere thank you to Nicolas and his staff for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended the hotel for anyone looking for a charming, high-quality stay in Les Gets. We’ll definitely be back.
    • Breakfast was good, broad buffet plus scrambled eggs and bacon.Bed and sheets very comfy.Steam room good.

    Cons -

    • The property is a showcase for the owner’s other businesses so quite showy which I personally didn’t like. You’re also literally surrounded by pictures of 60s film stars, which I found a bit much. The place is more style over substance like not enough hooks in the room, ‘things’ on every surface and something missed on the room cleaning every day, no towels in the spa and the sauna needs a deep clean…
    • Towels in the spa area would be helpful, otherwise all excellent
    • Loved the scrambled eggs at breakfast, would have been nice to have avocado/tomato other fresh, healthy options

Excellent location and beautiful traditional like chalet. Our room was large and very confortable with very nice view of the valley. There is a very easily accessible ski room too.

The Wifi network had « blind spots » around the hotel

Small hotel with great character and Alpine charm, great facilities with spa and indoor outdoor pool. Helpful friendly staff.

    Rooms are very warm.

    8JamesPosted on: 2-7-2025

Fun spa. Great beds. Kind staff moved our room after we asked to change room. Amazing swimming outdoors in the snow. Great memories

Terrible piped elevator music piped round everywhere. Sauna not hot enough. But these are little things.

The hotel is done beautifully. The breakfast was good and the staff were lovely. The hotel is in a great location too. Rooms were nice too.

The pool was only 26 degrees. From the pictures and the price paid for the room, I would have expected a luxury experience with a nice hot pool that is enjoyable to spend time in. The jacuzzi was only 35 degrees which was not hot and unenjoyable. These two things were a big shame and not in keeping with paying in excess of £300 a night. The room had no shower head holder at height so you have to hold the shower head for a shower which was annoying.

Good location and good choice of fresh food for breakfast

Pool and spa facilities could have been a little bit warmer

Hotel Labrador is a very attractive hotel beautifully presented, has a great spa and is close to the ski slopes. We had great weather and snow, hence it was just around a 100 metre walk across the road where you were then able to ski down to the Chavannes chairlift. We stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfast was very good.

The hotel was everything you could ask for from a weeks stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The standards are very high.. All the staff were welcoming and did that little bit extra to help with any issues.

The facilities were amazing and staff friendly and the hotel was in a great location

The room was so hot in the night I was unable to sleep and had to wet a towel and drape it over us. Also a loud device going off on intervals keeping us up

    10JenniferPosted on: 7-19-2024

Delicious breakfast! The staff was incredibly accommodating of my gluten-free diet, as I have celiac disease. The chef whipped up fresh gluten-free pancakes each morning that were excellent!

My partner and I were there to mountain bike in Les Gets and Morzine, and we found we couldn’t wash clothes in the bathroom sink, as we couldn’t find a way to close the drain. However, there was an inexpensive laundromat within easy walking distance of the hotel, and this worked well for us.

Great location for walking to ski lifts, delicious breakfast, fabulous spa with indoor and outdoor pool, pool table, cool sitting area/ lounge and super helpful staff. It was friendly, personalised and just perfect!

Excellent breakfast and dinner - staff went the extra mile to keep guests happy - well-presented lounge and restaurant areas

Lighting in room, Christmas presents and stuffed animals still on display in February

Fantastic, attentive staff Great range of beverages Good location to chavannes

A few more vegetarian/vegan dinner options would be goodBreakfast could have more veggie options

    7MartynPosted on: 2-7-2024

    Enjoyable, pleasant, efficient staff.

Bedroom small, no seating except on balcony. A small fridge would be nice.Poor wifi.

    10TimPosted on: 2-5-2024

Room was very nice, well appointed. Beautiful view. Lobby lounge was excellent. We chose half board to avoid trying to find dinner in town. We both got very nice meals and great wine.
