The Copper Still Bar Restaurant & Boutique Rooms

Newly renovated, everything is clean and beautifully decorated. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

During the week they don’t offer an Irish breakfast. But they have a kitchen with cereal where you can help yourself.

Clean and very charming. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Couldn't fault the copper still. Room was very clean comfortable and nicely designed. Ower was extremely helpful and staff where exceptional.Food was very tasty and a great atmosphere in the bar. Live music was an added bonas. There is a small kitchen with continental breakfast available which was a nice touch.

Room 23 shower needs a rethink. Hard to control temperature and needs a power boost. Apart from that a beautiful place to stay. Staff exceptional!

Clean, new, good food

I appreciated the self service breakfast … cereal, yogurts, toast etc., but no coffee available.An oversight I guess.

Very comfortable clean and warm room and ensuite. Very nice and welcoming owner. The staff were busy and efficient. We had lovely dinner and a perfect breakfast.

Nothing I didn't like

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I arrived late and they were just closing the kitchen, but made a plate of roast turkey and ham for me which was delicious.

Heating was on full and no thermostat on the radiator so the room was sweltering hot. Had to get the barman to turn of heat and then he found a stat so the radiator could be adjusted. However, bathroom rad never stopped so it was still quite warm.

Shower wasn’t working properly, either cold or if turned up at all it was scalding

Everything was top class, food fantastic and best Guinness I have ever had, rooms were spotless and shower was so good, staff are well tuned to everyone's needs, I would definitely return and recommend, owner be proud!!!

Steep stairs to room!

Great spot, friendly staff… food was amazing and I had a great night’s sleep. Derek ensured our stay was above our expectations. I will be back!

A very well stocked self service kitchen. Various cereals, yogurts, cheese, fruit, bread, butter and milk to help yourself to every morning and no charge! Fantastic!

Welcoming atmosphere. The staff we encountered were just lovely. Lovely traditional pub. Our room was warm. The self service continental breakfast was lovely as we had an early start. The kitchen was stocked with lots of food.

We had an attic room and the single bed was tucked into the corner with very little head space. The shower was absolutely tiny, the smallest shower space I’ve ever encountered in paid accommodation. I thought the accommodation was overpriced for the standard.

Disappointing

Unfortunately, there was a smoke alarm that bleeped constantly in the main corridor all night long preventing me from getting over to sleep. On another note it was a warm evening and the two windows in the room were locked so there was no ventilation or fresh air

Great location , easy walking distance to harbour , 15 mins to carrick. Lovely kitchen area for breakfast where you could help yourself to tea/coffee continental breakfast as wll as a hot breakfast served ( Full irish) . Great outdoor area and beer garden. Live Music, shop beside the b&b that had everything you could want. Derek the owner was extremely accommodating also and so were all the girls who were working! Great food , well priced, nice drinks also and music , couldn't fault it!
