Good location, plenty of parking including EV charging. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The lounge area was especially attractive and care was taken to keep everything clean.

Great facilities in the lobby, staff very friendly, secure free parking, opposite McDonald’s and great boulangerie around the corner. Room was clean, beds comfortable, towels and shower gel provided

Room was hot and only the fan on the air con worked. Need more pillows!

The facilities everything were really good totally understand. You were very busy that day. We bought our small dog in with us which we had notified yourselves regarding this and the staff of one particular person was very very rude about the dog was not barking. I was holding her of explaining that the dog can’t go in the food facility area, I would totally understand but she was very very rude and very outspoken regarding this matter otherwise I stay a lot of your hotels all the time. I have another one in a couple of weeks time. I always find your facilities and everything very good. This is the first time this is ever happened to me.

Location was more industrial than seaside - we walked to the sea front which was probably a little over a mile.

Pillows were awful, only 2 on a double bed that were different sizes,small and lumpy.

Refurbished modern hotel. Nice hotel with a bar and snacks and light meals available. Fantastic breakfast. Decent room for a budget Ibis with good aircon. Really nice friendly staff. I will definitely use this hotel again.

Lots of restaurants nearby with poor reviews. Walked to Burger King which was fine. Could not fault the hotel.

Good value for money overnight stay. Friendly welcome from reception and prompt efficient processing of booking. Hot drinks and snacks machine in corridor. Bar/Restaurant on site +plenty of food options within a short walk. Secure gated car park.

Small room - but we expected that so were not disappointed.

The breakfast was good. And that was the only thing I liked.

It is bad service to say you have a satellite TV and to have only France speaking channels. This should not happen at International hotel chain.I will not stay at Ibis hotel again.

No hassle booking in, spotlessly clean room, within a short drive to the eurotunnel. Been here a couple of times, will be coming back a few more times

It was budget, even so maybe a little overpriced.Was difficult to get into after hours because of security.... we arrived late.. but that did mean it felt secure!

Modern, clean and comfortable. Nice bar area / reception. Good location lots of amenities close by

The staff were very friendly with us. The breakfast was very delicious and the hotel location is close to everything you may need over there. I highly recommend this hotel!

" You get what you pay for at a budget hotel" the rooms were clean and well stocked with all the usual bits and pieces. However, we booked this because we were travelling with our pet dog "Penny" we were disappointed that on arrival we were informed that Penny was not allowed in the bar or restaurant. Not sure if this is a one off as she has always been accepted in other Ibis hotels.
