Ideal for a stopover after crossing the Channel. Quiet neighbourhoodThe bar area is lovely and although the restaurant was closed on Sunday, we had an excellent platter of local meats and cheeses. Room was large with a good sized balcony. Bed comfortable and pillows good. Nice shower too.

The charge of €20 per dog per night felt a bit steep although the hotel was very dog friendly.

Simple Ibis breakfast with excellent orange juice and boiled eggs. Location is extremely convenient if you arrive at Le Touquet by air. Don't make the mistake of ordering a taxi as we did. It is only a 200m walk from the airport. Excellent beer and very good singer in the garden area behind the hotel in the evening. A very pleasant place to relax.

Tea & coffee in the room would have been nice.

It’s is located in a lovely area, not near the town but lovely. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is dog friendly

The hotel is too basic, there wasn’t even a bin big enough, just a mini bin in the bathroom. The place feels so basic, it shouldn’t even be three stars. If it wasn’t for the fact that is in the same complex as the other two more expensive hotels, it wouldn’t the worth staying there for the price we paid. Despite offering access to the pool on their website and the paperwork, we were refused it. The man in reception’s only explanation was it is not possible. I then spoke to the women at the main reception who explained it was because the expensive hotels were full and their guests had priority. I tried to upgrade to the four star hotel but they said the Ibis has no links with the Mercure or the other hotel.

Staff were friendly. Bar was excellently located with indoor and outdoor seating. Walking distance of the Airport.

No personal safe in the room. No full length wardrobe. No fridge or tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The shower door was not fixed and leaning up against bathroom wall. Really H&S hazard. Didn’t realise until morning and bathroom floor flooded. No drawers whatsoever. 3 nasty wire coat hangers in room. Nowhere to hang long dresses/clothes. Minimalistic to the point of frugal Breakfast poor. Only hot food was to cook your own boiled egg - in simmering , not boiling water. Took over 10 minutes and the white was all runny.. 4th time staying here and won’t be staying again. No maintenance staff on over weekend so had the inconvenience of moving all our unpacked clothes into another room so we could have a SAFE shower that night. The main breakfast room which we weren’t allowed to use, is crowded and to take out cases to the front of the hotel we had to drag them through a “crowded breakfast area” moving people around. Dreadful layout.

The staff was really not helpful in providing diner options. We had to wait incredibly long for a table and even then suddenly it wasn't available anymore while all night we saw empty tables.

The location was good, the service was top notch very helpful staff, the vibe was we can do but in a relaxed manner.Bed room large, comfortable clean with a good sized bathroom. could of had a little more storage area to lay clothes out.would of been very happy to see some drinks in the room, water, coffee or tea.

Location , nice linen. Good rooms but ridiculous having to walk through restaurant partners to get from Uvus to the bar and relaxation area.

The rooms were clean ish BUT nasty trendy grey wire hangers could not be used for delicate dresses and men’s jackets etc. NO drawers. Nowhere to hang long dresses or coats. No tissues .

Breakfast was perfect and the location was excellent for the areas we wished to visit

The WiFi was down for a large proportion of our stay

Very new and modern facilities in airy and spacious building with plenty of parking in a lovely setting.

Restaurant for dinner although very good was expensive.

We had a wonderful time at Ibis Styles in Le Touquet. The room was beautiful, calm and spacious. The facility is beautiful, loads of great amenities including a coworking space :)The staff we encountered was also really friendly and helpful (a special thank you to the nice gentleman who prepared us a quick breakfast when we checked out at 6am, you made our day!)

A few things I would improve to give it a 10:- give a voucher to clients of the hotel to access the swimming pool instead of asking them to pay 15€ on top of their room (that was meh ? for me)- for Ibis style particularly (the complex gathers 3 hotels) improve the breakfast :) it is good but it is only sweet stuff which was a bit disappointing (for vegetarians you will have cheese and you can boil yourself eggs). In comparison to the breakfast in the hotel next door (mercure) they had scramble eggs and other savory things. It’s not a huge investment to offer the same kind of breakfast knowing that there is not a huge price difference as well between the hotels on site. I have been to other ibis styles who had better breakfast options (a mix of sweet and savory)

Nice decorated room. Very comfortable bed. Very clean hôtel. Friendly staff. Christmas decoration was beautiful. Good breakfast. Nice and clean spa. Big parking.

The sat nsv directions took us to a dead end although the hotel could be seen. Then it was quite a trek across.

It was a lovely building with lots of parking.

The link wasn’t clear between the restaurant and bar in the adjoining Mercure Hotel.

Good variety of breakfast options freshly baked croissants etc.

Facilities an public areas good as is the garden/patio area. Room comfortable clean and fit for purpose.

Service was "very" inattentive and POOR and very unhelpful. Reception "check in" very laborious and poor. Stayed here twice before and it has gone down in my estimations. Seems to be new management.

Poor reception service, refused to order a Taxi, told me to do it myself, concrete ceiling on room poorly finished, Light switch for card faulty, Breakfast poor. restaurant menu not very interesting, did not bother.

Location , cleanliness, modern, spacious for a family of 4, lovely staff , nice breakfast.

It was hard to find the reception. We arrived late and didn’t realise that you had to go to the mercury hotel next door for check in.
