The original room they gave us was not big enough for three adults. Also it is not a sofa bed but a sofa with a duvet on!!!

Location, location! On the beach!

Its location and its restaurants offering. Great value at the restaurant and the sunset was spectacular

Loved the location - right on the lovely beach with direct access from the bar. Amazing views from the restaurant. The pool was fab and the gym nice, too. Food was good. Great for the kids, they loved it. It was our first time in Le Touquet (so easy to get to from the Calais channel tunnel) and we will definitely return.

It was a shame our room overlooked the car park. I thought with the price of the rooms we would have a better view.

Charge for car parking excessive when you are staying at the hotel as a resident

The bar, leisure facilities and rooms were excellent. Little things like coffee machines, robes for the pool make a difference. Looked the no plastic bottles idea for water. Staff were helpful. Happily stay again. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we know the town well but the restaurant looked busy throughout our stay.

Not our fault as we knew what we were getting but a large double bed might attract more people. Otherwise nothing to grumble about.

Location was amazing right on the beach. The swimming pool and gym were superb. I didn’t eat dinner at The Novotel but ate in the smaller Ibis restaurant where the food was very good. Breakfast was of good quality.

Nothing. We didn’t eat in the Novotel as the lights were bright and it didn’t feel like a restaurant more like a dining hall.

Views and location

Deluxe room had a separate sink to toilet room via two doors. This is very unhygienic to me. Staff poor communication. We asked about spa facilities to a staff member and they said they were closed except the swimming pool. Which turned out not to be the case. We are extremely disappointed as we booked specifically for the spa.

Great view from our room of the whole of Le Touquet beach, pity about the restaurant lights overnight.

The set dinner was a bit disappointing: the soup was cold, uninteresting tasteless macedoine of vegetables.

Well positioned hotel right on the beach with two very nice restaurants inside, good breakfast, gym, pool and sauna. Room and beds were comfortable, with tea / coffee machine inside.

Bathroom was split into two - a toilet and a shower / sink. Would be better for the toilet to have its own sink and also an extractor - there was no vent in there.The gym was a bit disappointing - very little in terms of free weights or machines. There was some light dumbbells and only 1 dumbbell bar that could have extra weights (where was the second one?). The cable machine was broken.

Staff at reception not welcoming. Strong smell of chorine. Too impersonal.

The hotel beach bar is the most perfect location. The meals provided there were really good, + all the staff were absolutely professional.

Replenishing of body wash + body cream could have been more thorough across the whole spa

The room was modern and clean. The view was fantastic! The facilities were exceptional the pool was really lovely. The gym was well equipped. The staff were really helpful. The breakfast was delicious. If you don't want to eat out, the restaurants in the hotel provide a wide variety of tasty food. The sunset was spectacular!

It was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for. We travelled as a family for a special occasion. I have no complaints what so ever!

We loved the pool and location! Le Touquet town was beautiful to visit. The staff welcomed us and we had a lovely experience of good customer service in the shop, the salesperson was very kind and helpful.

Nothing, apart from it was too windy to enjoy the beach ?

The location on the beach was perfect. We did ask for a sea view but all the rooms were taken so we would book one of those for our next visit. We visited the Spa for a facial and massage but a little disappointed that none of the staff seem to speak much English which does detract from the relaxation of the treatment.

The room was a little dark as it only had a small window overlooking the car park. There was a huge double bed sofa that for the two of us was not required. So perhaps offer rooms that have that facility if required.

Perfect location on the beach and with great facilities and friendly, helpful staff.

We booked a family room for the three of us, 14-year old daughter included. This comprised a double bed, sofabed and very little room to move around - too small. Also on the ground floor with a window that would either opened fully or stay closed. AC, thankfully, was very good during our hot spell. All of this was manageable and did not detract from a massively enjoyable stay!

Small bedroom window. Bar staff were a little sullen. Lack of cutlery and crockery at breakfast.

The pool although a little cold and salt water. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable, lovely location

Bedroom very small for 4 people. Room set up for 3 even though booked for 4. One less towel too. Had to get them to make the bed up for 4th person. Paint coming away round skirtings in bathroom and toilet made out look a bit old.
