Beautiful views and incredible staff

It would be nice if the rooms had a minifridge and microwave

Excellent location! The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms were very clean. A great location to be based before heading up to the mountains!

The reception was excellent and very informative, the shower was terrific, the facilities are top notch and the breakfast was very lovely.

Very clean, comfy bed, our room had a lovely view of the mountain. Staff was very helpful, the location was convenient to restaurants as well as near hiking trails. Plenty of parking nearby.

Our room had slanted low ceiling on 1 side, so I wouldn’t recommend this specific room if you are tall :) Eggs for breakfast would be a nice added option.

5th floor, the windows were only facing the sky due to the attic shape of the ceiling.No AC (hot at nights in Aug)The water pressure in the shower was super low, we rather take a shower in the sink…The toilet did not flush well and we tried not to use it.

We loved the view and the location nearby some amazing hiking routes. Also, hotel staff was very attentive and helpful and always up for a little laugh along the way :) It was a great place to be getting back to from a long hike ;)

Great location in a wonderful small town. Convenient for all facilities. Very friendly owner and staff. Over the past few years I have stayed in this hotel three times and would highly recommend it.

Very helpful and friendly staff and location in the middle of Las Arenas. Big spacious room with huge windows was and very clean own bathroom was a plus.

Noise from the street while the windows were open was unfortunately too much to have a comfortable night. The room also had signs of mold.

The staff was amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful with all the questions I had and always greeted me when I through the lobby. The bathroom seems renovated and was better than expected

Had all the basic necessities, hot water, good ventilation from windows, nice views of the town, and most of all the receptionist was very kind and was not bothered to spend quite some time with us recommending restaurants and places to visit during our stay

Good for a one or two night stay

We had a lovely stay in Las Arenas. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly; they provided us with lots of recommendations and answered any questions we had. We had a room with views of the picos through the bathroom window, which was stunning. There was free parking and easy access to all the amenities in town. The hotel was also very close to lots of hiking routes, with a bus service nearby.

I would only mention (for light sleepers) that the walls aren't soundproof (they are a little thin), so you can sometimes hear your fellow travellers.

The hotel was very cozy and the room was recently refurbished. Located close to the street but very quiet.The staff was super helpful and nice

Location is exceptional. The place is clean, confortable, staff is nice, food is good, and a lot of possibilities to hike.
