Basic but very clean. Staff very helpful.

Balcony small. Only room for one person to sit comfortably.Could do with smaller table and new chairs.

We liked the very central location. We were on a room only visit. The staff were all extremely helpful and courteous. Having free parking in the centre was fantastic. The fridge and small terrace were a bonus.

Arriving in the middle of the night we were welcomed by friendly but incompetent hotel management. The check in procedure requiring registration of passports was too lengthy. We had reserved parking space as indicated, but there was none. The place is a little run down. Air conditioning on the room...........failing to work. A shower head that disperses water to all directions except the right one. On failing to provide for a parking space, hotel management instructed the way to a public parking space. This included a very small road with a steep downward slope (> 10%) with a turn. Half way the turn it appeared the road was too narrow to go forward. Making my way backwards it appeared impossible to get out without scratching my car both sides.

Friendly, helpful staff.The fridge was a definite bonus.

No waste bin in the room.Very noisy from adjoining rooms, especially late at night.

The rooms are exactly as the pictires show. Outdated furniture but confortable and in good conditions. Very clean and spacious including a big bathroom.The parking was perfect since parking in the street is very limited. People at the reception were friendly and helphul. Location was perfect at the city center. Highly recomended hotel.

The bed is very confortable, but the pillow is a big long pillow for both in the king bed. Challenge is that when my husband moved it, he was moving it for me as well.

Good parking, access to swimming pool, overall cleanliness, friendly and welcoming staff.

It was in the heart of the town, so walking distance to restaurants and shops. Hotel itself was really nice and clean. Staff were great. The swimming pool is not in the hotel itself but in the hotel next to it but it was a 1m walk and it us a bar and really good, cheap food. I would definitely come back

The beds in the double room were either too hard or to lo soft (yes, goldilocks). They started cleaning around 6:30 in the morning (on a Sunday) and the street noise was quite loud as street cleaners were passing around 4am.

Nothing at all!

The room is old and had a smoking smell. Like heavy smoking eventhough they claim its a non smoking room. The bed is old, uncomfortable and noisy. The furniture is old. No place to hang the shower head to take a shower. A very bad experience. We were very disappointed. The staff don't speak English and its not easy to communicate.

The pool is not at the hotel; it’s at the hotel Andalusia next door but one??!!

Spotlessly clean. Free parking. Friendly staff, they discovered it was my wifes birthday and a note and a bowl of fruit appeared in our room.
